It will be the same regardless of order in the end. The base creature's size increases, which changes the base attack damage. INA then works to improve base attack damage. So whether you get it prior to the size increase due to leveling or after, it will not matter.

Perfect! Thank You!

Should my wolf companion get INA before or after it grows up? Is it the same?

Wolf's Regular Natural Attack Growth: 1d6+trip to 1d8+trip at level 7

INA After Growth: 1d8+trip to 2d6+trip

INA Before Growth: 1d6+trip to 1d8+trip(INA)

Growth after INA: 1d8+trip(INA) to 2d6+trip or 1d10+trip

My question basically is: What happens at level 7 when the wolf gets a stonger attack? Does it go up to 2D6 because the "base" of the attack got stronger and INA adds to that or does it go up to 1d10 because the attack just goes up one step?
