I'm making a new item for my game and I'm struggling to reach a good balance on the price and lv of the item.

Weapon Rolodex Mk I Lv3 Hybrid Item
Cost 1800 credits
This modified null-space generator is a weapon-only storage device that was originally designed for military covert and special operations but has since become popular with anyone wishing to move personal armaments discreetly. These bracers generate a small holographic interface that allows the wearer to dematerialize and rematerialize two or more bulk worth of weapons and store them in a finite extra-dimensional space. This process takes 1 full action per bulk of the weapon, minimum of 1 full action. If this process is interrupted, the weapon takes 4d8 damage and gains the broken condition if it’s not outright destroyed, and fully materializes.
Any weapon that has the Called weapon augment treats the Weapon Rolodex’s extra- dimensional space as within 100 ft for the purpose of summoning the augmented weapon. Once the weapon is no longer in the hands of the wearer, it returns to the Weapon Rolodex’s extra- dimensional space immediately.

So, I brought this to the attention of Aaron Beal at Lone Wolf Development, the guys that make HeroLab, and the answer I got was this:

"As for the matter of channeled shield wall and such, we debated the matter internally and have come to the conclusion that RAW, the size of the dice matter. Since Channel evil increases by d4s, it doesn't meet the requirement for any number of d6s. We'd be willing to change things if Paizo were to issue an official ruling on the matter, like a FAQ, so you might want to bring the question to their attention."

I would love to get a member of the development team here to weigh in.

I have a level 8 Tiefling Fiendish Vessel Cleric and am looking at taking the Aura Flare feat from Horror Adventure. The feat has a prerequisite of channel energy 4d6. As a Fiendish Vessel I have Channel Evil which calculates the damage as d4's not d6's.

My question is: Can I take this feat since the Channel Evil ability says that: "For the purposes of feats that affect channel energy, this ability counts as channeling negative energy?"

In the text of the item it says:
"If a creature that already has the associated mystery or spirit wears the amulet, that wearer does not gain the abilities listed below; instead, the effective level of her mystery or spirit powers increases by 2. This effect does not stack with other abilities that increase the effective level of mystery or spirit powers."

My question is if it applies to Oracles as well?
