Hmmm strange they aren't consistent with it, why not have that listed on all spells? Or do they only list it on spells that have a critical hit option?

So I am building my first pf2 character and I'm looking at the fire domain spell fire ray. It says that on success that the spell deals full damage. Does that mean full damage against resistant targets or max damage? I scoured the core rule book and limited internet search with no luck. Thanks ahead of time!

Also, was it ever ruled if Point Blank Shot/Precise Shot/Arcane Strike/Good Hope/Prayer and any other feats/spells that increase weapon damage, do they actually help weird words?

So you can get a Conductive short bow... and once a round use Weird words through your bow attack?

If you miss with the bow attack do you not get to use the weird word attacks?

This seems crazy!

Didn't think I could, was just seeing if there was a loop hole out there. Thanks guys.

The question is, 'Can you take a full attack action to complete a normal standard action?'

You first might have asked, 'why in the hell would you want to do that?'

What I am thinking is this:

I would love to cast my Weird Words (standard Action) and cast it as a full attack action. This would let me use the feat Hammer the Gap on it!

Hammer the Gap (Combat)
You repeatedly strike the same location, causing increasing amounts of damage.

Prerequisite: Base attack bonus +6.

Benefit: When you take a full-attack action, each consecutive hit against the same opponent deals extra damage equal to the number of previous consecutive hits you have made against that opponent this turn. This damage is multiplied on a critical hit.

Thoughts?

Based off the weapon finesse FAQ I think that if you get guided weapon on your amulet of mighty fist you can make all your CMB attacks based off wisdom rather then strength! AMAZING!!!
