I just have a question about the Icons in the top right corner (on the front of the Item card).
I get the Sword and helmet icon (Weapons and armor).
The symbol for Rods, wands and staves I can also understand.
Most of my other cards have a grey symbol that looks like a pendant with a cross in a cirkel. Probably Magic Items?
But what does the Candle mean? Normal Equipment?

Thanks for the answer(s).

Thank you.

i understand the Critical hit rules for normal attacks, but I don't understand how you can get a critical Hit on a spell.
Were are those rules in the rulebooks? When do I need to make an attack role when I am casting a spell?
I have found a text about what spells are attacks (page 208 of the Core Rulebook), but it does not say anything about making an attack roll.

I do not understand the whole "confirming a Crit" thing. Why is a crit only a crit when you confirm it with another dice role? What is the purpose of it?
And if you do not score enough to confirm, the crit is not a crit, but a Threat.... and than it is just a normal hit... Yeah, so, and..????

What I try to understand is the meaning of the whole confirming the crit rule. I don't see the benefit from it in the game or for the gameplay.
