I would like to point out that there is a distinction between ranged attack rolls and spell attack rolls. A ranged attack roll uses dexterity so if anything you do not really have to worry about your curse when you're playing a tempest Oracle. Only thing you have to worry about is your crippling weakness to lightning and cursebound 4 which gives you a movement penalty which really sucks.

"As an exemplar, you select three ikons at first level. Typically, you will want to ensure at least one of your ikons is a weapon. Body ikons accentuate a physical trait of your body and so can’t be stolen, disarmed, dispelled, or otherwise taken away. Weapon and worn ikons are tied to items of power. When you select one, you gain a non- magical, level-0 item of your choice that matches its usage entry. Providence ensures you come across these items; you might be traveling along a path to find a spear in a tree that only you can dislodge, or you might awaken holding a gleaming sash you saw in your dreams."

So does this imply that exemplar icons can be dispelled or detonated

I’ll preface this by saying I’m still fairly new to Pathfinder 2e, but something I’ve noticed with spells like dispel magic and detonate magic is that they can interact with class abilities. Does that mean class features such as the Thaumaturge’s implements, Exemplar’s ikons, or certain Barbarian instinct that have the divine, primal, or *occult traits can actually be dispelled or blown up? Is that the intended design?

I would like to see an extra for how stifling stillness works suffocation rules are kind of undefined and the only thing we have to go off is underwater rules
