The feat 'Expert Salvager'
Suggests that it can be salvaged to base components with a skill check.

"You gain a +4 bonus on Craft checks for Craft skills in which you have at least 2 ranks and Spellcraft checks when crafting items by foraging alchemical supplies and material components, salvaging raw crafting materials, and salvaging raw magical item materials."

Spellcraft does have a Salvaging skill use.

I think it is basically referring to how you can have multiple weapon training. You pick one at level 5 then one at 9, 13, 17 ect. So if you took it for your 2nd weapon training group you could still use it to get a +2 (Example at level 9 you have +2 in large blades and +1 in close you take this to make the close more versatile and can still add a +2 weapon enchantment to them.)

I have a player arguing that since their spell like ability has no components that he can cast it in public and no one can tell that he casted it as their is no visible effect.
The spell specifically is charm.
So my question is. Is their a visible effect to spells like charm and others? Or do they just happen without anyone being able to tell other than the creature freezes up for a moment (Not even as they can still walk with their move action)

It says it increases the threat range of your melee weapon to 19-20. So I want to know what happens when it's used with a 18-20 threat weapon or perhaps a 20x4 weapon with improved critical.
