"Indeed, it is." Pace replies, as she straightens her arms against her sides and walks away.

Countess Pace looks at the wrinkles in Pavo's garments, then at Kalbio's garments in general, and holds a palm up to the bard's face, "Perhaps you should go check on that weather."

You can tell that Kalbio hurt your efforts with Pace.

"I have not. She mustn't be important," Countess Pace tells Thalasou, "Nor you, if that is all you have to offer." However, the comment does prove useful later, raising her guard against Delena.

The Countess chimes in agreement as several of her companions nod at Delena, "Indeed. Tradition itself is the foundation of noble power. All change is just envious liberal rabble rousers trying to steal power they don't deserve."

But when the wizardess returns later in support of Eutropia, Countess Pace catches herself and gives Delena a frightened look before walking away.

"Countess Pace," the lady corrects Thalasou, "If you're looking for a madam, try Westport."

She immediately walks away, but Thalasou still manages to learn several things from overheard snippets of conversation.

Slides updated

Forgot to change the round counter. It is now social round 2. Also, the NPC slides have been updated with information discovered.

Only ridiculously gauche noble clothing and fine jewelry set Countess Pace apart from any other Taldan. Her face is usually in a smile, though it quickly flashes a sneer as well. She has short but well-kept brown hair locked back in a stylized bun.

"Gatoriana? Ictisos? I've never heard of those farmers." The Countess spins in place, showing her back to Delena, then looking around the room for a couple of seconds.

"Grand Duke Avernathus. Oh, Grand Duke! How lovely to see you." She quickly walks toward the white-haired man, asking "Did you hear about those fortuitous bees in the courtyard? They interrupted Eutropia's scandalous speech!"
