Corvidae looks in Norveg’s direction...

”I agree, a lone swimmer is much less likely to attract attention.” She turns to Nahuatl ti. [b]”Will you be safe in the harbour by yourself? I’m sure there are just as many dangers underwater as there are on land.”
She motions the serving girl over and orders a red wine.

Corvidae enters the Stolen Crown at the same time Norveg, Taishe, and Narl are sitting down with Tragon and 13 Spider. She heads over to them and catches Norveg's statement about the Nixie. She slides into an empty seat and nods to those already there.
"Seems we have both a problem and an opportunity. Not knowing where the boat is is going to take some wrangling to correct, but once we do, it means that it will be ahrder for anyone to come to the aid of whoever is on board if things go sour."

Corvidae strides out of the meeting with purpose, heading straight to her home and quickly changing back into her distinctive armour. She feeds Diablo some meat scraps while there, and leaves him again. While he is easy to take into battle, as he simply flies off to avoid danger, a stealth mission is another matter entirely. His training can only do so much, and even though tonight isn’t necessarily as stealthy as the real mission, she does not want to risk him being too noisy.
All done, she straps Nightshade back to her hip, and heads out to meet the others at the Stolen Crown.

”I would be interested in accompanying you to check out the vessel. I will need to make a stop first to get changed however.” She motions down at her dress. ”I didn’t dress for work tonight.”

Corvidae nods at Norveg. “ I have some magical aptitude that can assist us in finding the ring if it has an aura. I took this into account when leaving both our Wizards on the dock.”

”I will most certainly put my hand up to be on the more clandestine of the two groups. I am moderately adept at stealthy operations. I think that one group on the docks and one group in the ship is a good choice. We have a large enough group that it won’t hinder our martial capabilities, and provides both groups with possible distractions for escape and the sowing of confusion if need be.
She delicately places some chocolatl into her mouth and let’s it melt as she closes her eyes and enjoys the flavour seeping throughout her mouth. After blood, this is definitely her most favourite guilty pleasure.
”I believe that the best split for the party would be myself, Norveg, Taishe, and Tragon to infiltrate the ship, and Brion, Jakun, Narl, and 13 Spider on the dock. Tragon am his knowledge of ships will be an asset onboard, and Norveg and Taishe are both small and there are many places for them to be able to disappear to on a ship if trouble strikes. Jakun is far too large to be stealthy or able to manoeuvre easily belowdecks, and Brion’s ranged abilities will be better suited to the space afforded by the dock. Oth Narl and 13 Spider’s abilities are not needed onboard, and therefore they would be better support for the party on the dock. I do realise that this puts our two best martial fighters in one group and our two arcane casters in the other, but I still believe e that this grouping takes the best advantage of our particular skills.”
It’s quite clear that despite her relative silence throughout the meal, her mind hasn’t been idle.

"Night would be the best time to attempt to board the vessel. There is too much that can be left to chance by attempting it during the day. Too many witnesses if a fight should break out, and less chance that we could get in unnoticed, especially given some members of our assemblage." She indicates Jakun.

Corvidae arrives at the manse suitably attired for a meeting with one of Opal's foremost noble families. She is without Diablo for the evening, but Nightshade still hangs comfortably at her hip.
She is impassive throughout the meeting, taking stock of everything that is said and done by those she meets, both her companions and others.
"I too am intrigued by the idea of this second ring," she finally speaks, indicating Tragon in deference to his asking of the question. "Have you any idea where it may have been lost?"

"I wonder what the job entails," Corvidae muses as she feeds a scrap of meat to the Raven perched on the back of her chair. "I must confess that I am in need of some coin. My parents have decided that 'fending for myself' will be good for me. I naturally don't disagree, but cutting my allowance off entirely was a blow." She sighs and pats the strange blade at her hip. "At least father thought it prudent that I take my family's ancestral sword for protection. That at least shows that he has faith in my abilities."
She finishes the last of her meal, giving the Raven one more scrap of meat, then stands. "It has been an eventful day, and we are barely out of morning. I await what the rest of the day has to bring." She prompts the raven up onto her arm with a quiet *caw* and then settles it onto her shoulder. She nods to the rest of her companions seated before her. "I'm going to go and let my father know that I have a job. That should make him happy at least."
Turning, she strides purposefully from the Common Room, her air of casual menace causing to people scuttle out of her way.

Corvidae accepts the parchment from Tragon's outstretched hand, glancing at it and pursing her lips. "An interesting offer to be sure. And one that I most certainly plan to accept."
She hands the parchment on to the next person and turns back to the Halfling. "You may tell your mistress that I will be amongst those in attendance."

Oh boy oh boy oh boy! I think I may have found exactly what I'm after <3

EDIT: Yep, I love it! As long as Pat says it's OK, this is definitely what I'm gonna go with.

Treppa there are stats for a Raven if that helps?

No reason at all why I should know that...

Have the Character, now to brainstorm a concept. :)
