" So no horses to return, but the cart and some workers, right workers who we found trying to help the lost cart?" Coraline calls over, figuring the theft of horses on land was similar to the sea, though she was not sure how the sharks would eat them after the Many Cuts.

While keeping her ability to heal further to herself, given there was no thinking they may not be attacked again and she could only help so many times, Coraline would try and help bandage the wounds of everyone, to at least give some comfort, if no benefits.

Coraline will keep an eye out to heal anyone who needs it, but if nothing seems to happen before her turn, she will attempt to stab the boar if it gets close

Coraline takes a moment to walk over to her downed companion, and lays a hand on him, channeling her magic into him to help heal. She first rebukes the death that approaches, then she will call upon her holy symbol for a channel.

Coraline throws her hand towards the green bandit, a strange spell coming out, but the words make it clear what is happening. " DROP THE WEAPON NOW." Her words ring with power, causing the bandit to need to make a reflex save of DC 14 or drop the weapon, becausing burning disarm hurts even when not underwater.

Focusing on red seemed smart, so if he is still standing she swing at him, even with the dagger in her leg, she knew taking them out one at a time was smarter than seperatly.

Coraline probes to the group, her tone friendly, but her use of words clear she was not used to the language they were currently using. If one was elven she would speak to them in Elven, asking similar but more confidently.

Coraline clearly sees the traces of the hooves tracks, and points them out to the group. " It really is much easier to track things on land than the sea. You would not believe how hard it is for me to find things that run."

As they travel over the land and everything else, Coraline seems to dry out some. She loses some of her natural energy, and it is clear the heat is getting to her, more so due to the distance from any water she could find at least. She keeps an eye out, hoping to find something worthwhile with her efforts

" It is words that needed said. One can never know the whole truth until all is said. You have been wronged like them, but yours has been corrected. We must now correct their harm. Why do we not split to a degree, some go to the guards, the others work on tracking? We can follow a known marked trail of friends easier than one who is trying to hide. Should not take that long?" Coraline is trying for the middle ground, to make all of those happy who have issues.

" We did not find them dear horseman, but rather these fellow landwalkers. They were tricked by the same fellow who took them in the first place! They should be congratulated as heros for helping to return the horses, even at they lose of their hard earned money, something you should surely help reward them for as well. How miser would it be for the ones who returned your horses to be left with nothing, what kind of example would that set? Terrible for business if word got out someone who helped you was not rewarded."

Coraline tries her best to ease the worries the gnome faces. "I understand the distrust of land walkers. You have a different value and system from me, and it seems even among your people you have differences. The city folk around with a fast pace, and seem to hurry, and yet nothing is that needed that sprinting door to door is needed. The sea is much more clear in her moods." She shares, telling some of her own thoughts from what she has seen from those who she has encountered in her time on the lands.

" Friend, I think we have come upon two issues. You were falsely sold horses by a horse thief. You are an honest landwalker, something to be proud of. We can find this man and we will retrieve your gold, and bring him to justice. We do still need to confirm these are the right horses as well. Do you mind coming with us to make sure? If they are not, we can at least let you keep them, since they are not right. That seems fair. What more of this man do you know or can recall for us? What direction did he come from? He go?"

" Well then, since you are in such a hurry, returning to the stables would be the easiest way to avoid the hangman then. Come, we will walk together. Otherwise any attempts to escape will only prove your guilt and as horse thieves, I believe the punishment is death. At least my people kill thieves." Coraline talks calmly, but her words would be a slight signal to be ready for battle.

Purposely trying her best to pretend she didn't know he was lying, she tries to best approach the issue presented. " Well, we have many clues that point to the horses coming this way. Why not let the dealer in the horses determine that? If he is dishonest, we will expose a crook, and hang him from the cliffs. I mean, unless you are the crook, and you need to hang. Only a dishonest and thieving person would try to keep another's hard work, and you seem to honest for that."

Coraline notices the bottles, but she was not able to figure much out of them given she was not a spellcaster, but a cleric. She tries her best to understand, but given she was no master of horses, she simply says " We will be on the right place at least then."

And Lariel would be right, but Coraline sees the wisdom in getting the horses back first. " As much as I would like us to get the horses back, I want to question more here. However, by the looks you give, the finding of the horses may be more urgent, since they could be... eaten? Maybe eaten by something. So we get the horses back, and then question more."

" So we save the horses first, then we rescue the cart once we have horses able to pull the cart, is that what we are thinking? Helping both people out?"

" I have little experience with horses my friends. Are they always going to be gone like this? I an interested in these woods of gloom. Perhaps the bandits can be talked to after the horses? Or, perhaps we may need the horses to pull the cart? Are both close enough to do together?"

Coraline had spent nothing from her gold really, having need of little given she was not the greatest fighter they had. She did purchase a few odds and ends though, citing the need to survive outside of water longer. She had got multiple water skins.

" I think we should take her with us to the guild. Leaving her here may endanger her, and others by chance. At least with the guild we can prepare and seek a way to help her. IF she will agree."
