Is there a problem with the shipping of this book to other (overseas) retailers? I've been looking to buy this book ever since it came out but no European sellers seem to be carrying it. Ordering from Paizo directly means having to pay $40 in shipping to Europe, so I'd like to buy from local stores.

Both as a GM and a player I prefer published content. As GM because I'm not that good at world-building. I'm a pretty meticulous prepper but just not creative enough to come up with my own things.

As a player I tend do dislike homebrew campaigns because most of my experience with those is that there's usually something gimmicky about them. Things like low-magic, dwarves running the show, religion being outlawed and so on. That's just not my thing. I want cookie-cutter fantasy where everything is sort of balanced. Golarion and Paizo's published stuff offers me just that.

Here's another who's switched to Foundry and doesn't want to go back to any other VTT. I'd say that for anyone playing PF2 it's currently the best VTT out there. It's being developed at high speed, with multiple updates every week. Most of the stuff you need is there and what it lacks in official modules it makes up for with some QOL, automation and that absolutely beautiful PF2 character sheet.

I'm a GM who loves to do his own prep. Setting up my own maps, designing my own encounters, expanding on adventure path content. Foundry is by far the easiest to manage and offers the most immersion to my players.

Roll20 has god awful PF2 support. Fantasy Grounds is just a huge money sink. While Astral is good, Foundry is just a little bit better.

From a locked down Europe, I can tell you this situation is absolutely serious. You are making the right calls. Please stay safe everyone. Keep your distance to others, stay at home if you can for the time being. Move your gaming group online for some escapism during these trying times.

I'll make sure to grab some PDF's when they go on sale. If you have the financial means, please consider supporting (local) businesses that are meaningful to you, times are going to be tough for them. Together we'll get through this.

Animal (Ex) You gain a +2 bonus on Bluff, Knowledge, Perception, Sense Motive, and Survival checks when using these skills against animals. Likewise, you get a +2 bonus on weapon attack and damage rolls against such creatures. You may make Knowledge Skill checks untrained to identify such creatures.

Darkvision (Ex) Range 60 ft.; Darkvision is the extraordinary ability to see with no light source at all, out to a range specified for the creature. Darkvision is black and white only (colors cannot be discerned). It does not allow characters to see anything that they could not see otherwise-invisible objects are still invisible, and illusions are still visible as what they seem to be. Likewise, darkvision subjects a creature to gaze attacks normally. The presence of light does not spoil darkvision.

Background::

Brosk was a groundskeeper and huntsman in the service of one of the many lords of the River Kingdoms. A typical outdoorsman, he likes to keep to himself, taking the lord and his entourage out on hunting trips and teaching them in the ways of the wild. When not hunting, he used his time to tend to the gardens or practicing his survival skills.

In the River Kingdoms, lords never reign for a very long time. Brosk's lord held out for a long time but had to resign after a shift in the region's balance of power. Not content with the new ruler in the region, Brosk decided it was time to leave the gardens and hunting grounds behind and make a life for himself somewhere else. Maybe in service of a new lord, maybe lending his services to a small town or hamlet as a hunter, or maybe even living out in the wilds on his own for a while.
