would the same application be if you wanted to make a costume armor like add or chang the Weapon slots or something like that on a powered armor

ok here a question for all of you can you be a Kineticists if you have no con or you can longer take burn? such as a undead Kineticists?

I have been working on my own build of a Hellknight Elf Magus I may not get it till 7th level but I think its a good build but what feats or equipment would work the best for it
