Just two things then,

1:My girlfriend and I were trying to order it with her card instead of mine, but leaving the billing address with my name on it. Would we just have to switch it to get name or just put the billing address as the one for her card? (I think I may have just answered my own question, haha)

2:When could we expect those temporary charges to go away?

I was attempting to purchase http://paizo.com/products/btpy91d4?Pathfinder-Roleplaying-Game-Ultimate-Cam paign-Messenger-Bag but when I go to place the order it says the card was declined for some reason. That was odd enough, knowing there's money on the card, but it then charged my account for it, four times, without actually placing an order. And the bag is still siting in my cart. I'm hoping to get just one without being charged four times.
