Persistent Spell Metamagic
Quote: Benefit: Whenever a creature targeted by a persistent spell or within its area succeeds on its saving throw against the spell, it must make another saving throw against the effect. If a creature fails this second saving throw, it suffers the full effects of the spell, as if it had failed its first saving throw. A persistent spell uses up a spell slot two levels higher than the spell's actual level.
Spells that do not require a saving throw to resist or lessen the spell's effect do not benefit from this feat
Does the Persistent Spell Metamagic persist for the entirety of a spell's duration, in the case of spells that allow for a save per round (to remove an ongoing effect) after failing the initial save?
For example, an enemy who fails the initial save of Glitterdust is blind (or paralyzed if Hold Person). Would their save at their next round to remove blindness/paralysis also be made twice (taking lower) or just once?

The following mornings, however, he awakens injured and lost in the wilderness, never reaching the mysterious destination that drew him from his bed in the night. Something is calling Kalkamedes, something powerful, but unless he can make it safely to the source of his somnambulism, that power will remain a mystery. It falls to a team of Pathfinders to escort the sleepwalker to his destination and uncover the true nature of the strange phenomenon overtaking Kalkamedes's dreams.

Do you need to have a +1 longbow before you can add the adaptive quality to it, or can you upgrade it directly from a masterwork longbow?
e.g. 100 gp (Longbow) + 300 (Masterwork) + 1000 (Adaptive) = 1400 gp
or
100 gp (Longbow) + 300 (Masterwork) + +1 (2000) + 1000 (Adaptive) = 3400 gp
Or for that matter, could you even have an Adaptive Longbow without it being masterworked?
Can someone confirm if the calculation of my crit damage (and regular attack damage) is correct?
Info:
Human 2H Fighter-Rogue
18 Str (4 modifier)
Wielding +1 Masterwork Greatsword
Power Attack Feat
Backstabber Trait
Sneak Attack
So regular damage accounting for all those factors would be:
2d6 (Greatsword)
+6 (Plus 1.5x Str mod for wielding 2H weapon)
+1 (+1 Enhancement Bonus)
+3 (Power Attack: 2+50% for wielding 2H weapon)
+1 (Flanking damage bonus from Backstabber)
+ 1d6 (Sneak Attack)
and a Critical Hit if confirmed, would be:
4d6 (Greatsword)
+12 (Plus 1.5x Str mod)
+2 (Enhancement Bonus)
+6 (Power Attack: 2+50% for wielding 2H weapon)
+2 (Flanking damage bonus from Backstabber)
+ 1d6 (Sneak Attack)
Thanks in advance!
