I recommend that if the player is new, you discourage them from any more than a form-fillable sheet. I have seen many players jump right into herolab, pathbuilder, etc and never really learn the mechanics of building a character. The player needs to understand why and how bonuses are calculated, how their feats work, and similar. If they just punch some numbers into a program, they will never become a good player.

Cloak of resistance support

I did a few searches for this and didn't find much of anything so I thought this would be the safest place to put this.

I am GMing a group and we all have iPads. Battlemap 2 seems like a really good tool and we have used it fr a few sessions now with really no major issues.

I have tried contacting support a few times with some various questions and they seem to not respond to me. I have checked my spam folder too. So here is a starter question for a thread about Battlemap 2

I want to add custom tokens. I know how to do that. It's pretty easy. But all of my custom tokens have white square backgrounds. I am using png files with transparent backgrounds so I am guessing Battlemap is adding the white or it is some error during import. Does anyone else import tokens and know how to not have this happen?
