Spell Dancer Abilities
Spell Dance (Su)
At 1st level, a spell dancer gains the ability to expend 1 point from his arcane pool as a swift action to gain a +10 enhancement bonus to his movement rate and a +2 dodge bonus to Armor Class against attacks of opportunity provoked by moving through threatened spaces for 1 minute. For every four levels beyond 1st, the spell dancer gains another +10 enhancement bonus to movement and +2 to AC against attacks of opportunity provoked from movement. At 5th level, once per spell dance as a swift action, the spell dancer may use one of the following on himself as a swift action: blur, fly, or haste. These abilities last for 1 round. At 9th level, the spell dancer may instead take a swift action to use dimension door as a spell-like ability once during a spelldance. At 13th level, the spell dancer may instead choose to take a swift action to gain freedom of movement for 1d4 rounds.

This ability replaces the magus's ability to expend points from his arcane pool as a swift action to grant any weapon he is holding magic bonuses for 1 minute.

Arcane Movement (Su)
At 5th level, whenever a spell dancer casts a magus spell, he gains a competence bonus on Acrobatics, Climb, Escape Artist, and Stealth checks equal to the spell's level until the beginning of his next turn.

This ability replaces the bonus feat a magus receives at 5th level.

Dance of Avoidance (Su)
At 7th level, while wearing light armor or no armor, a spell dancer gains a +2 insight bonus to Armor Class.

This ability replaces the medium armor class feature.

Greater Dance of Avoidance (Su)
At 13th level, while wearing light armor or no armor, a spell dancer's insight bonus to Armor Class increases to +4.

This ability replaces the heavy armor class feature.

Indomitable Faith

Born in the Whisperwood of Cheliax, Celiaea did not have what could be considered a very normal life as per the typical elf standard. Born with deep purple eyes and the ability to see in total darkness, Celiaea's parents were cast out of Kyonin. Her parents were already ill-trusted in the elven community and rumored to be devil-worshipers. And in fact they were (and are) worshipers of Asmodeus. They moved from place to place, never staying long, until they found a comfortable home for themselves in the Whisperwood. There, in the shadow of Cheliax, where many could be called devil-worshipers, they could be free from persecution, and even well-respected for their arcane power and knowledge.

Celiaea was brought up to trust no one, especially not a fellow elf, and was led to believe in one truth - that the world was a wretched place, filled with fools, that must be purified with fire to be made ready for greatness. As a child she simply accepted this truth and didn't dwell on the ramifications overmuch, but it wasn't long until she began to grasp the full concept of her parents' religious belief. In the interim, she developed a taste for adventure, and utilized her darkvision, a gift that made her parents proud (it was proof to them that they were favored in their dark god's eyes), to help guide travelers through places devoid of sunlight. Being exposed to these travelers with new gods and different philosophies made Celiaea confused. Eventually, she and her parents had a huge argument. She was given a choice: accept the dark lord Asmodeus as her master or leave the Whisperwood and never return. Her parents swore they would kill her otherwise.

She was still only 46 years old at the time, and the wedge driven between herself and her parents had devastated her. The decision took her the better part of two years to make, and when she abandoned the only home she ever knew, she did it running. Once she left the shade of the forest, her eyes were stung by bright sunlight. Eventually, after a decade or so, her eyes adjusted slowly over time. Finally, she lost her darkvision, but was able to walk in daylight without being dazzled by its brilliance. She considered that a gift from Sarenrae herself.
