Day 2
He begins to move forward, and the red rash around his ankle feels the rough pain of the rusty shackle scraping his flesh. He kicks out at the hurt, hoping to break the chain. He looks for a door, a way out of this madness... ready to run at the door to break out. Fort Save 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14

Hi Guys, time off was longer than anticipated.
Canvy will return ....
Male Human Cleric/2 Fighter/1 HP: 36/55 AC10/T10/FF10 Conditions:
"No, no!" Canvy Mandrain cries aloud. "That hag is gone, gone to the boneyard. I tell you, I have wrested my life from her, I will not be hers..." A bead of sweat crosses his brow, before he slumps down, helpless after the fight for his life .. or is it sanity. Under his breath he mumbles, "See I have given my life to mother now, she is who I serve, not some old hag that died at the hands of my men. I led them forward, when they would not follow, to strike the first blow, to bring her down, though I don't remember the end, because my blood flowed into the marshes like many had lost their life's essence before. Mother gave me the strength to return, yes....that's what happened...." His eyes glazed over as his head fell forward, on his chest. A large and powerful chest, but scarred by the many battles Canvy had survived, though he covered the one across his belly with the dirty gray stained vest that covered his muscles. He moved slowly, not the swift warrior he had once been, the old injuries had reduced hi ability to react, to run and climb above his enemies, to lead troops in battles. Now his legs, tanned and colored by inks, stiffly attempt to get up, but the will is not there. Canvy Mandrain, lies down, feeling the cold of the ground against his body....

Canvy hearing Erine's leaving speech, wipes a tear from his eye, "Just when I was getting used to you, even like you Erine. I might have even ... no probably not.. But you echo my thoughts. You know, I think that with our reputation I can get a good position in the Baron's employ. I can make the place here a safer place, practice my ways and talk with mother some more." His hazy purple eyes glow..... He starts towards Erine, his arms outstretched in a warm embrace, but sees the goat giving him another of those looks and stops dead, "Didn't mean to offend." He stands contemplating for a moment. "I'll remeber yee Erine, indeed I will, specially now yous a powerful mage. You'll always have a home with me and mother should you need one. Good luck, just call us if you need help." He purses his lips, and with his hand throws the kiss towards the gnomish girl. ...... It is some time later after Erine's departure that a youngish man knocks and enters Edrukk's and Broccan's rooms, a young man with brightly coloured cloak, of crimson and green. He carries a lute and looks like he means to use it. Hermy: Will come up with a bit more, to check some of his abilities etc... Hermy

More patting the air and Canvy continues, "Don't worry citizens, I'm sure the Baron will have learned from this." canvy goes back and finds the remains of the creature they just killed. "This is the creature that had influenced the Baron, through fear and whatever other means it tried. But thanks to the brave efforts of Broccan, Edrukk Erine and myself, we managed to defeat it and rescue the Baron. Have no fear, you lives will return to normal in no time, won't they Baron? "
Male Human Cleric/2 Fighter/1 HP: 36/55 AC10/T10/FF10 Conditions:
Canvy goes forward towards the crowd, his hands flapping at them to calm them down. "Please, please calm down. We have rescued the Baron, who I am sure will be taking back some of those new restrictions which have impinged on your freedoms and life." He bows theatrically before the crowd, a wicked gleam in his eye, "We warriors for good have disposed of the threat you faced, and I am sure the Baron will need advisers to keep external threats at bay, so we will be here to protect you once more. Isn't that right Baron?" He whispers to Erine, "Time to settle down, make some roots, you know." His hand clutches his holy symbol beneath his clothes, and silently to himself he breathes out ..."Mother...."
