Me and my gaming group are just starting up a new campaign and I just rolled my stats.

Needless to say, it's impossible to roll above average on 2D6+6...

Does anybody have any idea's on how I can make a decent char with this? We have a melee type already, nothing else. All books are allowed.

I usually play spellcasters but that will be impossible I'm afraid with these stats.

Thanks in advance!

For fluff reasons I want to keep the Breastplate armor I acquired at low lvl's. Now I want to go to heavy armor and rebuild the Breastplate to a Full-Plate.

I don't want any kind of reduction in price, I would even pay extra to get it done. I'd imagine it possible for a blacksmith since the heavy armor is measured and build for a specific creature anyhow. Using the, already build to fit, medium armor can't be that hard.

Are there any precedents of this? Covered in the rules somewhere?
Thanks for any advice.

Hello all,

Just starting my first campaign in PF after playing 3.0 & 3.5 for 10+ years and trying out 4.0 2 game sessions.

We are starting a new campaign and we're going by the core books of PF and some stuff (DM specific) from 3.5.

I never got the chance to play a Dungeon Crasher Fighter in 3.5 (from the Dungeonscape book) and the DM is actually allowing that and the Knockback feat (from Races of Stone) now.

Is this going to work the same way it did in 3.5? Are fighters still supposed to just block the way to the squishier backline?
I noticed the Spiked Chain being nerfed but the Meteor Hammer could serve the same purpose and makes much more sense fluff wise.
Any advice on building a solid character like that?

Thanks in advance!
