Hi team, just a bit confused, my July AP subscription just shipped this morning, it was quoted for shipping of $5.65 but I’ve noticed the actually shipping charges jumped up to $17.09. I’ve chosen the cheapest method option and am sure this must be an error as other times I have had a single AP book shipped it has been that $5.65 amount. Can someone please double check this for me, thank you.

Hello lovely Customer Service Team.
This order was shipped on September 8 and I have still not received it. It contained the Pathfinder AP for that month: All or Nothing. I’m concerned because the order for the next month was received almost a month ago and was shipped on October 1.
What can be done in this situation?

My May subscription order (22062602) has still yet to be delivered to me. A few weeks ago my June order arrived in a timely manner but since we are now in August and getting close to that subscription being generated and sent I felt I should bring this up here, I’m worried my order was lost in the post and may never arrive, what can we do from here?

Hey Paizo Customer Service team,
I hope you are doing well despite all the troubles going on in the world.
I just had a query related to my latest subscription order (Order 22062602), I will been charged $37 for shipping, this order is for the latest Pathfinder AP and a copy of the Bestiary 2, last time I had a similar sized order a few months back the shipping only came to $6, and every other shipment has been around $7 so why is this months subscription shipping so much more expensive?
I’m hoping it was a simple miscalculation and can be fixed up before the order is finished processing.

Good afternoon,
I recently started a Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription, Order 10420180, on Friday the 17th of January. As of yet it is still “Pending”. I just wanted to double check if this will be shipped this month as I hoped to start my subscription with the first part of the Extinction Curse AP and am now worried I have missed the cut off date or something else. I have been checking the Forum in regards to January releases and saw the January Subscription Orders were generated on the 15th of January so this gave me cause for alarm. I hope I haven’t missed out this month.
