History:Cainei should have died in childbirth or soon after. She came out after a rough labor, and barely moved. Unable to flip over when she should have been able to , her parents were greatly afraid for her. They were aristocrats of the minor noble house Cestnei and were able to afford healers of all stripes.

The baby would live, but she very weak. And, for the most part, she stayed that way even as she grew. Even now, she is weaker than your average Hin. But we get ahead of ourselves. Cainei wanted for nothing, though she was picked on (or at least teased) as a runt and weakling by her siblings and peers. But she had a brilliant mind and took to learning with gusto.

Then she learned of a spell called "Bull's Strength" and of belts that granted a giant's might ,and more! Fascinated ,she sought out a mentor to teach her magics, particularly the focus of Transmutation. Her desire to not be seen as 'just the runt' or as 'helpless' she insisted she take the shearing ceremony, and ... well, she went out and somehow survived, even thrived. She can use her magic to boost her meager might slightly. SHe can go beyond that for the short term. But she still seeks to either make or find an item that boosts her strength to normal levels, and adventure is the only thing that will lead to that.

Personality: Cainei is strong willed (some would say stubborn), witty, and driven. While her desire to overcome her weakness may seem vain and self absorbed, it has also allowed her to empathize with others who feel weak or powerless. While Thyatian by heritage, she sees her duty to ALL of those of the land and hopes to one day be a good ruler of her own fief. She will rule justly, or not at all. Due to her weakness, she has something of a fear of drowning.

Appearance: : Caeini is petite, shorter than anyone else in her family. She has a thin yet still womanly frame. She has wavy blonde hair she sometimes does up in ringlets. She's a beauty, but a frail looking one with dark blue eyes.

Some notes on House Cestnei
-It is a minor house, with a small manor just outside Specularum and a measely claims to a few acres here and there far beyond.
-It's heraldry depicts a golden gauntlet closed into a fist on a field of blue. Two golden hedgehogs, facing each other, are on each side of it.
-The Cestnei Motto is "True Greatness Serves"
-Cainei has one older sister, one younger sister, and one much younger brother. Both her parents are alive as is her grandmother on her father's side.
-The house is relatively new, founded three generations ago.
