Cott wrote: Cott nudges Cadmuk as he picks up potions from the bodies, glances significantly at Jenny's severely wounded leg, then back at the potions. "Of course, Cott. Forgive me for not attending to the wounds sooner. This shadow lodge has brought pain and suffering to us all." Cadmuk pours the potion down Jenny's throat. "That is a strong potion and should bring healing near immediately."
Human (Vudrani) Monk (Zen Archer) 11
"Khakil, what's the matter? Did the cat get your tongue? I'm not use to seeing you quite so quiet!" Cadmuk waves his hand in front of the bard's face. "He doesn't seem to be responding. I think Khakil is in a worse position than me. Do you think we have anything to help with paralysis?"
Human (Vudrani) Monk (Zen Archer) 11

For any of the potions that Cadmuk cannot figure out, he asks the bard. "Khakil, can you try to identify these potions? If one of them is an antidote for the poison that infects me, I may be able to regain my strength!"
Human (Vudrani) Monk (Zen Archer) 11
A smile comes across the young monk's face as he feels the oneness with his bow that he is so familiar with. "Irori, I give you thanks!" Cadmuk searches the fallen shadow lodge agents and then joins Cott in searching the room. Perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (8) + 11 = 19 He repeatedly searches. Perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21

"Well let's certainly hang on to those papers until we can share them with the decemivrate. I am certain they will be able to decipher their meaning." Khakil wrote: "Well, the next question is south door or east. I vote east. Or we could sell out a healer for Cadmuck." "Let's proceed to the east and get to the heart of this shadow lodge! I may not be able to shoot as well as I once did, but I will try my best. Go ahead, my friends. I am ready." With the masterwork longbow drawn, Cadmuk gestures for the others to proceed.
Human (Vudrani) Monk (Zen Archer) 11
Cadmuk drinks down the healing potions and rests for a moment to let the healing magic do its work. "Thank you, Cott! I feel much better! I don't think I realized how hurt I was. I am still feeling very weak, but I think I can find the strength to go on. I'm embarrassed to ask this, but does somebody have a bow that I could borrow that is not quite as strong as mine? I just can't seem to find the strength to pull back on the string of my own bow." hp: 25/33
Human (Vudrani) Monk (Zen Archer) 11
"Cott, my friend, I have not known you for long, but you seem to be a very able pathfinder. Do you, perchance, have anything that might cure me of this horrible poison? I'm afraid that I am not much use otherwise. I do not want to hold up our mission and I will fight on if needed, but I was hoping you had some knowledge of nature that might help with such things,"
Human (Vudrani) Monk (Zen Archer) 11
Thaddaeus Hawke wrote: "You've ruined nothing friend...there is more to you than just an arm that pulls a bowstring. But I'll not put your life in jeopardy for the sake of expedience. If we don't have the resources amongst us to restore at least some of your strength I certainly don't mind giving up an hour or two to seek out someone who does." "You are most kind, my friend. Where do you suggest we go to remove this poison? I feel like I can barely function as it is!"
Human (Vudrani) Monk (Zen Archer) 11
"I am so sorry! I have ruined this entire mission! I was so certain that we could come in here, surprise the lodge and put an end to their evil ways! Now I can barely lift my bow! I don't know what to do. I am willing to stick it out, but I fear that I may not be of much help."
Human (Vudrani) Monk (Zen Archer) 11
Cadmuk stows his bow and climbs down the wall and joins his companions. Climb: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17 If he falls, he has slow fall 20ft. "My dear friends, I am sorry, but I have failed you. I am badly hurt and I have been stung by that hideous scorpion and now its poison seeps through my veins. I am sapped of strength and I can barely pull back on my bow. Do any of you have anything you can give me to battle this poison?"
Human (Vudrani) Monk (Zen Archer) 11
I finally did get this to post and it did keep my 19 that I rolled earlier! Yeah! No more poison!" Human (Vudrani) Monk (Zen Archer) 11
Thaddaeus wrote: "Are we at least going to try the front door...or must we always make things difficult?" "Trust me, my friend. I would rather not risk breaking my neck by climbing the outer wall if I didn't think it would make our lives easier. This is the shadow lodge. We have to beat them at their own game! If you try the front door, you are sure to announce our presence." Cadmuk takes the silk rope. "This is a very nice rope, Luc. I promise to take good care of it." He proceeds to tie knots into it at easy intervals for climbing. He then ties it around his waist and begins his ascent of the wall in the northwest quadrant of the prison. Climb: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
Human (Vudrani) Monk (Zen Archer) 11
Cadmuk comments quietly to Cott. "I would be willing to try and climb over the wall. If you give me a rope, I can tie it around my waist and climb up. Once I secure it, I will signal for the rest of you to climb up. If we tie knots into the rope it should not be too difficult."
