My order 36632361 for Pathfinder Secrets of Magic never arrived.
This is the second order I have not received in a row.
I have received the order following this one.
I did not get an email stating that the order had shipped, even though the status of the order is indicated as completed.

Can someone please explain to me why these orders failed to ship, even though I was charged for the product?

I've been subscribed to the Pathfinder Rulebook Subscription since Feb 23 2020 but I have not yet received the Pathfinder 2 Bestiary 2 rulebook.
There is no indication of it ever being sent or even ordered on my account.
I have recently received the Advanced Players Guide for Pathfinder 2 which is indicated to have been released after the Bestiary 2 rulebook.
Is there any reason that I have not got the Bestiary 2 book?

I have previously purchased several hard copy books for Pathfinder, but have only just registered with the site.
Is there any way I can signify that I own these books in order to sync these purchases with Fantasy Grounds?
