My order 36632361 for Pathfinder Secrets of Magic never arrived.
This is the second order I have not received in a row.
I have received the order following this one.
I did not get an email stating that the order had shipped, even though the status of the order is indicated as completed.Can someone please explain to me why these orders failed to ship, even though I was charged for the product?

Oh no, I'm sorry your order didn't arrive! It shipped from our warehouse on 8/18 but looks to have been lost in the mail, most likely due to all the global shipping issues going on. So, I went ahead and set up a replacement to be shipped with your upcoming subscription order :)
