Hey all I'm thinking I should drop from this game..
I've not got the inspiration and enthusiasm to get me to make the posts that the good gm and yourselves deserve.
You can all do with Bruce as you like.

Heya GM I need a reminder of distances, 5" in heros terms is how far in metres please?
Bruce considers something for a second then asks "I presume that winning is a good thing for a cadet, but what if that winning is gained via heavy use of powers rather than figuring the way through the course? Is it looked down upon, will we be advised that we are using powers too much and that we need to go through the course without?"

Addressing Dakota.. Brce looks at her with a kind of lightbulb awakening as if he's been kinda searching for something to latch onto
"Awwwww... I think I might read up on it anyway a little.. just so I can have some idea why it wouldn't be a good idea to teleport through stuff I don't know about".
Bruce shrugs as if to suggest he has no idea "A certain level of education will, help, I'd like to really get into my physics and chemistry, so that I can work out the various compositions of materials, so I can know which ones I can and can't teleport through and various conditions that might affect it as well."
Bruce pipes up from where he is sitting "Jac, howabout as a group, we are mindful to always take stock of our situation even in training and take note of potential hazards and as we get more capable, revise what we can do in a given situation"
"Transmogrification then Zoom! Woo! Ha!" says Bruce with glee
Bruce listens in for the response to Bills question He sits down and takes a bite of whatever he's grabbed "I'm so hungry.. and oddly this tastes pretty good, guess I might get to enjoy the appetite part of being a growing boy."
Bruce moves out to get his locker and drag it back into the room.
Bruce seeing Bill kinda absorbed in what he's doing "Hey Bill umm I think we have to respond to the Cadet Sergeants" He straightens and replies when his name is called "Present Cadet Sergeant"
Oh I read your posts, no need for tldr, I was just kinda pointing out it must be a huge effort to do all that. I've seen similar lead to gm burnout. So let me just say your posts are of excessive quality and leave it at that.. ;o)
Heya GM.. Just thinking/suggestion/giving possible options Your posts are exceptionally long and of great quality. They must take tremendous time though, i've noticed your posting is slightly slow though. Would it make a difference if you made a few smaller posts by say breaking 1 into 2 or 3 and allowing the players to RP to each post?
Bruce notes Bill going into a room and follows also taking the first room to the right and takes the bunk that is the most isolated assuming Bill hasn't nabbed it already "Hey Bill, hope you don't mind?" He stows his gear and walks right back out and look at all they have available as facilities, kitchen, bathroom etc..
Doesn't mean he has to like it, it's an anachronism and wasn't proven to be any good back then either, produces soldiers that do what they are told not what they need to do. For characters with special powers that vary on a large scale independent thought and tactical decision making are far more valuable. Int 15 as well, he thinks, he what he thinks may even be wrong, doesn't mean that'll stop him.
Bruce sighs Ol marine type military .. gah.. I so hope not, what's the point of spouting nonsense like "Do the Job" again and again, a thinking soldier is far superior to someone that drones what you want at the right moments
Bruce is 5'3" reasonably tall, but not a giant. He has a fit build, muscled all over in just the right proportion to allow him to move exceptionally fast. As an aussie he has a mix of his English mother and Mediterranean fathers looks (thiick but neutral features, no sharp lines , more rounded). He has slightly olive skin, with a few freckles. He has short brown hair tending to dark brown throughout, he has hazel or green eyes, depending on the time of day. He seems to look everywhere, kinda freakishly fast, as if he's trying to take in everything and he hasn't adjusted to his new speed yet, so his attention seems to be flicking all over the place.
Bruce puts his fase away and takes an easy seat/spot. he has thinking to do on this trip. Bruce listening in: Bruce definitly tries to listen in
Bruce is shaking his hear and kinda jumping around to get the sound out of his head, making his case dance on his shoulders a bit, but he manages not to drop it.
Not to Giant Bruce figures out the correct balance point of the locker and uses that to haul it around
Bruce looks at bit goggle eyed after that answer "Strewth, they kill children for not obeying orders enough?"
"Nope none of mine, i'm the first, dads a water well engineer and mums a veterinarian"
At Mei's question Bruce turns to her. "Chicago area, but I was born in Australia and I grew up with my parents accents, so I have a bit of it myself. Where are you from?"
"Well if we get good enough, we can make our own tech or maybe even use the tech of the enemy as we run across it."
Bruce stood up at Bills and Bas comments "I hope there's some tech training mate, i'm a wiz at that sort of thing and as far as I can tell, we all move faster and have no boom abilities that i've seen, great for infiltration and thus use of tech skills."
Bruce also sits down on his locker, not noticing the conversation about the cat, he's kinda looking around in a bit of a daze. Wow! this place is amazing, doesn't look like anyone else is using their powers, so I suppose we shouldn't show off He kinda looks at everyone, like he's trying to divine information about them until he gives up So what can we all do? I can teleport short distances say 10 metres
Bruce is running a few laps his natural athleticism allows him to almost casually run very fast. His friend Allan Stinson as always is keeping up, but he is struggling as he always does but he doesn't stop he keeps striving and struggling trying to beat Bruce. All of a sudden Bruce hears a exhultative "HaHahaha" from behind, then beside and then in front as Allan streaks ahead of him "Threading alert.. track and field, subject Allan Stinson" blares out over loudspeakers Allan does not stop Bruce musters everything he has and races after Allan and he somehow manages to get close "Allan, you have to stop, they need to examine you, you've threaded" "I'm the fastest.. not you" Allan throws a punch faster than Bruce can react to but suddenly Bruce is not there,he is several feet away. Then Bruce was surrounded by guards with guns pointed at him and he acted as he had been trained and laid on the ground with his hands behind his back. From somewhere far off he heard more laughter and then gunfire. "Threading alert.. track and field, subject Bruce Walker" blares out over loudspeakers
I just got around to watching that video you linked GM.. ha! i'd not seen that before and they are all Bruce.. complete co-incidence.

French. heck no blerg... my family is English desent... Canada.. why it's like Australia but close to USA. Why not just goto USA to have a real different experience.. maybe after the first time, they'd goto Canada but this was their first trip in a while and they wanted to experience it in it's glory.
