Could I have that email sent again if possible?

So.. I ordered the Alien Archive Hardcover,and have -no- idea where it is,if it's shipped.. or anything.. and yet haven't received the PDF after both have released. Can I have some clarification on what is going on here?

So I'm planning on expanding the undead zone from the Stag Lord's Keep up until the outside of the hexes with the Old Sycamore.. Essentially an area where Brevoy and Taldor are constantly warring ...in the past.. and I was hoping to mimic a part of Witcher 2 with an army of spirits fighting against more corporeal undead,including an aspect of almost a bone golem.. (What I really want to use.. but CR rating is kinda up there) ... PCs are nearing level 3.. Any ideas?
