Its been a while, too long perhaps, but got things sorted with restaurant, daughter in school, got some time, would like to resume playing if people are still around or interested.

There were two campaigns, Storm of Sinners and Soul Reaver. Let me know if any of the old player are still here, I also posted in the old discussion threads of each campaign, but they might be hidden for you now, hence my post here.

Deathwatch, Warhammer 40k, just some keywords for easy searching by others.

Hope to hear from anyone or all of you.

6 Months Ago:

Lillian Naraku:

After you were appointed to Inquisitor you were summoned to Bastion Serpentis, a secret fortress hidden on the surface of Scintilla’s moon Lachesis. You knew the invitation was abnormal and noticed the cyphers you had recently learned and recognized it was the Tenebrae Collegium.

Upon arriving you met with Lord Zerbe, though officially this meeting never occured. Here you spent a number of months learning all you could of the Tyrant Star and the Dark Pattern. The Fortress contained the greatest repository for such knowledge and it was a life dream to be surrounded by so much forbidean lore and knowledge, you spent time just consuming all you could and paying attention to details, confident you would notice something that others had missed. You knew it to be your destiny and you are relentless in your pursuits and studies.

After what could of easily been a year you are told that for now your time of study and training in the Tyrantine Cabal were complete. You were introduced to some powerful allies and members. It is no secret that your gifts and uniqueness put you in a special position of trust. Rare is an individual able to behold so many of the Cabal's secrets. The conditioning they imposed were nearly unecessary as your mind is unreadable and willpower nearly unmatched. You had proven yourself and your loyalty beyond reproach and you had been rewarded justly so with the keys to the kingdom.

While no lead is found that requires your immediate attention, you do pass on information and pieces to your network, ever vigilant for the signs of heresy, sorcery, and daemons. As a newly appointed Inquisitor, your powerful connections through your families nobility and wealth, along with you shadow allies in the Cabal, you were well eqquipped and given permission to create your own Cadre among members of multiple Ordos and backgrounds. You thought long and hard and eventually selected those you could trust and depend on. With you own agenda, you knew they might be needed to aid in more than just the regular duties of an Inquisitor. You sent communiques to your selected allies, making promises and offers they couldn't refuse, called in favors, traded favors, whatever it took to get the resources and personel you desired. Your powers of persuasion and influence quickly yielded a positive outcome and you awaited and prepared for your allies to join you on Cadia.

You had decided to take up your first post there, hoping the proximity to the Halo Stars and Eye of Terror would be a central location to conduct your work. Your hunting down and rooting of heresy and organized threats are significantly important to the planet and system. While rarely seen, often choosing to act through a body proxy or by projecting yourself into the minds of those who request an audience, you hunt down leads and witches, rooting out corruption with a seemingly invsible hand.

Recently you lost contact with a group of acolytes you sent to investigate rumors of a group of Tech-Heretiks with possible links to the Dark Mechanicus. Not willing to risk further Acolytes, as they are too young and inexperienced, you believe it a perfect task for your Cadre and eagerly await for them all to arrive. Your last contact put the last of their transport shuttles from Orbit arriving within the day.

This is where you may post your PC application (final draft)and we can discuss them here. All other discussion is in recruitment. Also, we can discuss equipment you'd like here too, but everything else from history and advances, etc, should be in recruitment. Cool?

Feel free to check over peoples and make sure they're good if you like, I don't mind the help, as its a lot of people and a lot of levels and a lot of xp and a lot of stuff in general.

Considering running a game for DH 1.0, high level, possible Ascension campaign, experienced players preferred, but someone not familiar with DH but has played other 40k games would be able to catch up. Obviously you'd need the books. Starting level 9 if its an Ascension game, depends on what people have access to book wise. I can help if you don't, but best if you got books.

Any class and background good. I'd like some Radicals as I hope to tempt my players with all sorts of things. I prefer deep PC development that I can work with, if you don't have any background packages chosen, then I'll help come up with some for you. I'd prefer a mix of classes, but its all open.

If people are interested and have the books/experience to play then I'll set up more and we can discuss it. If people don't want to start at Ascension level, then we could work up to it from say a Level 5 DH game, up to the players. Radicals and Heretics welcome, so are the faithful.

For those experienced few, and capable of doing it yourself, I will consider classes from other books with good reasoning. If you wanted to play a marine or Rogue trader for example, and use anything from those books, then I'm up for it. Pretty much anything you could imagine and support, I'd allow, as long as it doesn't go against the fluff and isn't insanely impossible to imagine.

Feel free to post or ask questions here or PM me if you'd like something kept secret. It'll be player driven and some sandbox. I'll have options and missions, but what you decide to do, where you decide to go, and how you decide to achieve objectives will be up to you.

Anyone play AGONE or have interest in doing so? Been playing a few years weekly with an IRL group, nice world and play style. Never seen a thread for it online, but haven't looked hard.

I'm opening recruitment for 4 players of an Eclipse Phase game. PC creation by Core or Transhuman. I've only read those and gatecrashing, but I've got the others and intend to read Panopticon next. You are welcome to use any book you like.

This is a technosocialist game, we aren't capitalist, game PCs shouldn't be focused on getting paid. Agronauts/Anarchist/titan rep is good, hypercorp bad.

Priority will be given to an Octo Uplift as I've got one in my IRL game that I just began hosting, hope to include some things I've done for that kind of PC. Everyone should be down for animal uplift rights, no Jovian pricks.

Standard creation and morph choosing. I'm pretty flexible, as the book is in moving things around a bit, I prefer better flushed out PCs than trying to rig something up from the kits they provide. Sometimes there are some bad holes and you can feel free to suggest how to fill them or I will if catch them. So feel free to come up with anything you like, lots of morph and things to choose from.

Just a few things: I'm new to this game, so people with experience playing would be highly appreciated if they don't mind my learning curve. Welcome to pointers and help and interpreting rules/fluff.

There is a plethora of equipment and combinations, please list some description of things in your alias. Yes, please create an alias for this submission. I can't access google services here in China so please no google docs or anything. I also can't view youtube or some sites without a vpn, which shouldn't matter much, but keep that in mind if you want to share something here.

Lastly, its Chinese New Years here in China (Think Christmas for Americans combined with Thanksgiving...and 10x the people) I'm going to be running to families houses and taking a road trip (my wife is Chinese, I'm American), but I'll be online and able to keep up. It's only for about 10 days, but I'll be answering questions and giving people plenty of time to create and submit.

Plan to begin the game hopefully be March 1st. I know there's been some interest and a few PMs about it, I'll consider more PCs depending on the level of players I get. I don't some new people as my IRL session is all new and I'll be able to explain what you'll need. This is more role-play heavy, some combat, less about stats, as this game has so many ways to make things easy and almost always completable. Feel free to jack on all those bonuses and equipment, but I'll be matching tasks and things to provide some challenge and suspense.

Looking forward to the discussion, I'll get an overview an introduction soon. Everyone will be where they may, somewhere near a gate, and will get invitations and arrangements for an ego cast to meet an old acquaintance.

Long running WH40k DeathWatch campaign seeking a replacement GM. Currently 4-6 players, (an open recruitment that only takes a limited number of us on each mission, entirely up to GM as for specifics)

PCs are currently Rank 3, game began last June.

http://paizo.com/campaigns/StormOfSinners

If you are interested or have questions, then please let us know in the discussion thread of the campaign. Currently at end of mission, so wouldn't be hard to come in and start from your own beginning, no really huge story arc that you would need to continue. There are some notes and info from the GM that would be made available to assist you should you accept the role.

We post daily, so an active GM is preferred. Most players experienced and game goes pretty quickly, not much time wasted.

Any interest in an Eclipse Phase game? I've never played, but am interested, could possible GM if no one else can, but hopefully there are some old school players who wouldn't mind breaking out their old books. Maybe a few of you got the latest "Transhuman" release last year.

Been trying to play some 40k on this website for months, but no love. I've got 4 or 5 PCs but haven't been able to play any of them b/c GMs leave, trolls prank, or things never take off. Soooo...

Anybody wanna play? I don't care what game, as long as its a game and everyone can be active daily. I really like how this site is designed for gaming and aliases, but I'm bored and want to utilize it for more than just reading others games.
