During one such assault, a paladin dedicated to Torag found a young half-orc girl weeping over the corpse of her mother, and the image nearly broke the fellow. For some reason he stayed his hand -- he claimed it was Torag's will, and he had to battle with his fellow dwarves over the decision until the Artificer made His will known when the girl began to speak to the gathered warriors in broken Dwarven.

Brigid's been raised to emphasize her more human side, but in a community of dwarves politics sometimes rears it's ugly head. That's why she's called 'half-human' and why she's left to join the Pathfinder Society's Silver Crusade -- If her adoptive father saw good in her, then there's good in everyone!

Still, a nice rousing bloody brawl is just the thing to get the spirits high and the tankards filled, and she has no qualms about inspiring her fellow adventurers into a right fury!
