The only member of his family he said good by to was his mum... only because she woke up at the sound of his moving about. He wore his new armor having discarded the blacksmiths apron and armored coat. Laden with his familiar tool belt, backpack, and an additional sack filled with snack foods the dwarf quietly moved through the streets. He arove at the main square long a couple hours before sunrise and sat on the ground out of the way. He pulled his bag open pulling out pistachios and bgan to break the nuts open with his teeth one at a time casting the shells to his side. By the time Vivian made her way into the square the Dwarf had a nice little pile of shells on the ground and a couple in his beard as well. He got up and approached Vivian. You wear that Armor well Viv. Like a second skin almost... Brezik reached out and tightened a strap that obviously didn't need tightening.

She seemed to not notice pulling away and asking about some roasted chicken. Well... um... uh... yeah... roasted chicken... As Qina pulled out her “utensils”. Brezik finally seemed to compose himself. Picking up one of the “knives”. Brezik smiled. The work was well done Qina... you learned much in the process. You still have much more to learn of course but it is the joy of the work that matters the most. I can’t tell you how many hours I spent working and reworking the same metal as practice. Then melting it down and making something new. That’s part of what I love of working metal. It can always be recast when it has served its purpose. It’s the joy of working the process that matters most, and few take as much joy from their hard work as you Qina. The dwarf quickly polished the utensil with a piece of cloth from his tool belt and placed the piece back down. At any rate I heard there might be going ons planned. I had been thinking of heading to Skelt myself... but if you have a lead on something, I’ll always be happy to help my friends.

The dwarven smith seems to have lost his smith’s apron and armored coat in exchange for the mithrail chainshirt the group had found in the city. Hev Viv I wanted to bring you the new armor myself... The dwarf stumbles in carrying a beautifully lacquered chest that he easily carries. He drops it on the closest table and quickly opens it revealing the finished armor. Nodding at Beltharion the dwarf continues to excitedly talk to Viv about the armor. I took some liberties... I hope you don’t mind! Opening the box without waiting for a response reveals a pile of straw with a breastplate lying on top. The piece of armor seems to almost grow from the swirled brush pattern running along the surface. The edges are lined in a bronze color and their is a silver flame pattern etched into the surface. He didn’t feel the same sense of disappointment over the lost treasures. He would rather have a little something made with his own hands then allot of something given for free. The weather was dark and somber but the rain, wind, and occasional flash of negative energy in the clouds above didn’t really bother him. The sense of success that they had accomplished something big and important would come eventually. The closeness of his friends certainly kept him from getting to low. What really was putting a damper on his mood was the fact that the last time he went for one of his snacks he had realized that he was completely out. No more potted meat, or sweets, or dried fruit, or salted nuts, or hard bread. This was what he had been thinking about all day. Then at the mention of home his stomach involuntarily growled. As he and his friends crossed the gates out of the city he felt like a burden was lifted from his back. He turned to his allies when he caught sight of Allister and Vivian armorless. It only takes a moment of looking back at the entrance to the city to realize what has happened. BWAHaHAHA... It seems that what was given to us for free can’t leave the city... Thought it was too good to be true... hehe... Before they press on Brezik helps both Allister and Vivian to don their old armor , chuckling the entire time.

Assuming it’s an artifact destroying it may be beyond our abilities for a long time. 2. It seems to be intelligent with evil designs of its own... heaven forbid the day comes where it forces one of us to make an ego check before it takes control of that person. Keeping it with us is an unnecessary risk. 3. There will eventually be other evil beings looking for it meaning danger for whoever is around it, so just giving it to someone is prolly a bad idea. 4. I can think of no where more secure for it than behind the vault doors of the city. I’m cool with destroying the key or simply breaking it or even hanging onto it. 5. If someone manages to forge a new key, excavate a new entrance, or make a ridiculously high enough check to bypass the lock, They’ll make a bee-line for the center of the city. I think it would be funny for them to get there fight the Naga and find an empty room. This might even lead some to believe that it’s been taken from the city and simply leave empty handed. 6. While a motivated individual with the right spells could eventually retrieve the scepter from the molten gold, the task of finding it then getting it limits the task to a fairly specific subset of Golarion’s inhabitants. And truthfully there is probably nothing we could do to actually such a person. I think this makes my view point pretty clear but in the end will do whatever the majority decides.

We did leave a bunch of unconscious lizard men who may decide to take another run at us not to. Mention all the random warped creatures on the island. Climbing rules
Accelerated Climbing- You can move at half your movement speed by taking a -5 penalty to the check. This would let most of us get down in 3 move actions. P.S.- Keep in mind that armor check penalties apply.
Falling
Purposefully falling- If you plan to fall the first 1d6 damage is non-lethal. What's more is you are allowed an athletics check (DC 15) to reduce the amount of damage you take by 1d6. Falling prone- If you take any Lethal damage you fall prone. Yielding surfaces (May or may not apply here)- Giving surfaces can convert 1d6 of damage to nonlethal damage. This does stack with purposefully falling. P.S.- Keep in mind that falling is a move action and getting up from prone would be a move action also.

With No strong opposition Brezik goes to work with his plan. He pulls out three large coils of rope as well as 1 Iron spike and 2 pitons. However, I like the idea of her waiting till 7th level to make the changes. Maybe She is recognizing that Gorum had made her a general and leader and thusly reequipped her for the role. She could take medium armor proficiency as her feat, and forgo the increase to her channel. Thusly the only abilities she would seem to be losing from an RP standpoint would be... a domain and the ability to spontaneously cast heal spells. The one worry is that she's putting off that full plate she always wanted till level 9. That's my 2 cents...

No matter we'll smash this one like all the rest. Brezik reaches into his bag and pulls out some dried meat. Tearing off a piece he tosses the bit to crow and then bites off a hunk for himself. I wundr f hvng... "gulp"... if having the key to the city makes everything leave the Razmiran's alone. That would explain why they get to walk past everything and we get to fight it.
