Hello, I placed an order on February 26th for the GameMastery hardcover and AP #150 and received a confirmation email with all the correct information, However my Order history lists the purchase empty and COMPLETED with 0$ charged. I had hoped this was a visual error but the books have not shipped yet to my knowledge nor have I been Charged for them.

Oddly enough as well a previously COMPLETED order (Order 8250499) in my history got changed from completed to pending and the contents changed to be the Game mastery guide. I have received everything that was in this order and I do not need anything from this order, I am just mentioning it because the information it displays is now incorrect.

Hello, I was curious about the status of this pre-order of the PF2 Core rulebook, Bestiary, and Lost Omens guide placed on June 6th. As of August 30th there has been no change from Pending. Im worried this order has fallen through the cracks. A separate order placed on Aug 17th of the Cult of Cinders has already shipped and been delivered.
