Like prototype00 said, they admitted to this just before the arrival of the books at their warehouse. You can read all about it HERE.

So - not really a golden ticket - just a misprunt. Thanks.

My book arrived yesterday and I have a cover that has a "Pathfinder Adventure Path" logo on the front cover in stead of the Roleplaying Game logo. Is that sort of like a golden ticket where I get to have a tour of Paizo? If I behave with integrity and listen not to Mr. Sluggworth, will I get to save all of the Oompa Loompa goblins from the Wangdoodles and run the factory with love and compassion?

Likely, it will just be a brief conversation before the next game session. Thanks. Really liking what you guys have done with the book!

Hi. My group and I are just starting this module (second session) and are already liking it a lot. Just to add to the maps comments - we play on Roll20 and transferring the maps digitally is not working (I'm talking specifically about the map of the maps below the ruined tower). Is there any way to get hi-res maps or will I need to do them all by hand? The maps are beautiful, but scaling them up to flip-map scale is making it so that they're illegible.
Love the module, though!

Wow! Best $6.99 I've spent for a game aid. Thank you!

What reader are you using on the iPad (and what version of the iPad)? I don't have an issue with Goodreader on the iPad Air. ISWG is a bit more image-intensive than some of our other PDFs, so that may be an issue.

I'm using iBooks on a 2013 iPad (the one just before the Air came out). I'll try Goodreader. I find Adobe Reader to be really slow, but it seems to be the only one that reads map sets. I don't use Reader for the books because it's too slow.

Is anyone else having trouble reading the PDF on their iPad? I tried the Lite version, but it doesn't load either. I ended up loading the book up chapter by chapter, but that's a little annoying. Is there something I should do to the file before I upload it to the iPad? (First world problems, I know. Perhaps I should spring for the paper book...)

Thanks! I didn't see before that they have a "Mini Finder in there to help narrow my results. Thanks!

So, I make a new character and I like the backstory, etc. I forgot the old idea I used to have - that I would find a cool miniature and make a cool character to go with it. How do I find a mini to go with my character?

D'oh!

The idea is to start in the latest season, right? Not go back a few seasons... Right?

According to the product schedule, there is the Bestiary 4 next month and nothing in November. Will that hold true or will there be something in November that hasn't been announced yet?

Thanks,
Bill

It's unclear to me what is actually on the subscription. It's pretty clear what is coming every month on the AP subscriptions, but planning for varying costs in a given month is something that I want to keep track of. Is there a list of upcoming shipments over the next couple of months? I assume that I can "bundle" ship all of my subscriptions when there are monthly shipments like I do with comics and APs.

Thanks,
Bill

I have some time, so I'll probably add the book to my monthly shipment at some point before I start preparing the campaign. In the short term, I'll refer to the PRD as I read the path chapters. Thanks, all!

My first thought upon seeing the Mythic Adventures book was "Nice. Do I really need it, though?" My party is about to start a Skull and Shackles path, so I have some time, but if our next path ends up being WotR (likely - for I like it so far) will I have to buy Mythic Adventures before my players fall into the big pit in Kenabres?

Thanks,
Bill

I'm starting my players in a merchant caravan. I have the NPCs set pretty much - except for a few general merchant family members and some laborers - from the NPC Gallery (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/mastery/nPCGallery.html). Is there a source of info for what a typical caravan would have in it in terms of how many wagons, people, etc. What would a merchant caravan pay for guards on a per diem basis?
I notice that the Jade Regent path has an episode where the PCs join a caravan for a time, but I already have a couple of paths that I may not get to and it seems a little much to buy one path for a caravan profile.

Thanks,
Bill

I know y'all posted these 2 years ago, but what did you come up with? I'm starting my campaign in Andoran. Just got the campaign setting book - and while it's very helpful, I could use some more imagery to set the scene - either maps of Carpenden and Almas or images of architecture. I'm thinking northern Italy (Siena, Florence), but maybe the limate warrants some place north of that. The sourcebook talks about Azlanti influenced architecture. Are there images in other books that I might have?

Thanks,
Bill

Thanks. So now I can just put a map out there - or pictures of a medieval or fantasy city of roughly the same size...

I just bought "Pathfinder Companion: Andoran, Spirit of Liberty" and it's on its way to me right now. I am starting a campaign there - my first in a very long time and first in Pathfinder. One of my players would like to start early with a mini adventure this weekend in her home city of Carpenden. Since the book will not be here before next week, I'll need to fudge a few things - but that's not a big problem.

I'm curious though whether or not there is a map of Carpenden in the book I'm about to receive. Whether there is or isn't, I can use an old map from my Warhammer FRP or MERP stuff for a city of roughly the same size for this weekend's mini-adventures, but it would be less confusing for my noob player if I had a consistent map...

Anyone read this particular guide? Looking forward to getting back into the swing of Pathfinder! Thanks, Bill
