I was wondering if you could clarify the wording of Knife's Edge:

Knife’s Edge (Greater, Su): Double your Constitution score before adding the Teamster’s spirit bonus to determine when hit point damage kills you. If you are not immune to nonlethal damage, when you are at 0 hit points or below, convert the first 5 points of damage you take from each attack to nonlethal damage. You are not knocked unconscious by nonlethal damage unless you have as many points of nonlethal damage as your maximum hit points, rather than your current hit points.

Does this mean you suffer no detrimental effects of having non-lethal damage greater than your current HP, or are you still staggered when your non-lethal damage meets or exceeds your current HP, and only at it meeting your maximum HP, do you drop unconscious?

The feat Flagellant from Inner Sea Gods specifies you're still staggered, but the wording for Knife's Edge is a little vague.

A question for Mark, because I saw this come up on one of the society pages on Facebook.

Does the Kineticist's blast Spell-Like-Ability function like the Alchemist's Supernatural Bomb ability, in that the activation and throw of each bomb is counted as the single attack action?

In terms of the Kineticist, would using the Blast provoke one or two attacks of opportunity from someone with combat reflexes? Would it be one, where the activation of the ability and the attack are one and the same, or would it be two, where the activation creates that matter, and the attack launches it. If it is the latter, is activating it a free action? Also, are you able to make iterative attacks at higher level (or if subject to a haste spell) as is, or do you need to get a wild talent, similar to the alchemist's Fast Bombs discovery?

Broken down into points:

How many attacks of opportunity does the Kineticist's blast provoke?

Can you make multiple attacks per round when you have a high enough BAB/are under the effect of Haste? If so, is there a Wild Talent pre-req doing so?

Hey, sorry for replying so late. Work this weekend and all. Thanks for the info. I thought the COWS site was just for the guys at the Dice Dojo.

I've been there a couple times, but my schedule at work changed, and I work until 11PM on Monday nights.

I'll keep my eye on the COWS site. I may just have to find a home game and do that.

Thanks for the info!

Hi guys,

I picked up PFS in the Eastern Washington area. I moved out to Chicago, and now I'm looking for a PFS game. I know there is a night at Chicagoland Games (Dice Dojo) which is about a block or two from where I live, but unfortunately, it's on Mondays, and I work Noon to 11PM on Mondays. Does anyone know of any PFS groups in northern Chicago who play Tuesday through Thursday?

I tried the search feature, but unfortunately I only found things regarding cons within the last year or two, and nothing in my area.
