Bob tenses up upon seeing such a distasteful image.

Bob prepares to kill the aberrant dog in front of him, when out of the corner of his eye he sees Audric fire a round. The dog in front of Bob dies. "Damn! That bastard was mine."
"Aren't the grenades to go off soon?" Bob gets blasted off his feet just as he finishes that thought. A couple seconds later Bob hears Kwartz ask for a roll call.
Bob stands up and gets ready to move out.
Bob says this as we start moving out, so as not to waste time talking and not walking.
"Trying to surprise attack me! You f!$@ing aberrant bastard!" Bob tries to kill the three armed dog in front of him.
Bob quickly draws both of his Hardlines as they prepare to land. Bob takes in the sight of the horde of dogs. As everyone disembarks. "Well this will be on hell of a fight!" Bob remembers Owens just said he'll take the south. So Bob nods to himself and then starts firing at the closet two enemies north of his location.
"Of course, Sir." Bob looks at Serai. "Fluer, right? I understand that and thank you. I appreciate the thought and respect. Yes we are fighting for survival together. Thing is we all have a place in this war. I know mine and have no problem with it. If it will not cost the lives of others or the mission, you would do what you can to save me. If it came between me and the mission or someone like Kwartz, you had better choose them! Their usefulness in the war effort far outstrip mine. Once the war ends hopefully this way of thinking can change. Until then we continue on as needed."
Bob looks Nathan in the eyes. "Sir, I can understand you having issues with the division between squads and houses. Problem is that, to do what we do, it is needed." "Having a family is great. You put forth more effort to save them. We could possibly make it work for the other houses but not Occams. We die to fast to form serious bonds like that. It would be a distraction in the field. Which could get others killed or cripple them emotionally." Bob stops to take a drink before continuing. "Of course we are trained not to be overly affected by such things but we are still human. ' Well mostly I think! Not so sure with Cancer running through us.' Us in your company can try to work on the cooperation as family aspect. It will be hard, if not impossible, to influence the rest of the squads and houses. We are in Black Company which is either hated or disregarded as the Suicide Squad." "Sir, the only way to change this is as Loki Kwartz just said 'break Black Company's reputation'. This can only be done if we accomplish amazing things and live for a long time afterwards. Looks like I will still be doing what I was born to do. Everything in my power to keep others alive." Bob then looks into the eyes of everyone in the room. "I will do my best to keep all of you alive and help to turn this war around." Bob nods to everyone, takes another drink, and waits for what Owens has to say.
Bob watches the newcomers with both fear and awe. Trying to think of what to say to them. That is resolved quickly by a Loki, who is now known to be Kwartz. He starts talking and mentions Em'Fire in a maid outfit. Bob smiles at the mental image and tries his best not to laugh. Then Em'Fire goes up to Kwartz, smacking him, and Bob see's some teeth fly through the air. At this Bob can't help it and starts laugh out loud. Knowing it is a bad idea. Bob finally starts to quit laughing and hears something about not drinking tonight.
Bob waits for his turn to speak.
Bob smiles while he waits in the holding room.
A while later Langley bursts through the door. He seems excited and starts talking fast.
"Ow! F#~%! Here I was thinking I hated Cancer before." Bob says as he starts to drift out of consciousness. .......... Bob slowly shakes his head trying to wake up. Laughing a little as he hears Langley's cover story. 'Doesn't sound to far off. Describes him pretty well. Bastard!' Bob sits up and looks to see who else survived the process. Other beds are stirring but he can't see who they are yet. The only one he can tell for sure made it is one of the Loki's who is also sitting up.
Bob follows the others inside while covering the rear. Hoping Longshanks does not return and we can get the hell out of here.
Bob looks on in awe as November approaches with a huge heart.
"Awesome, we got them and everyone is ok for now. We should probably hurry up and move out."
"F%#! yeah, Mendez!" Bob smiles as he shouts out. He quickly switches his Hardline for his second Viper. Going to quickly back up Mendez.
Bob looks at the group of dogs. "Well, let the fun begin!"
Bob walks over to Audric. Hands him the shotgun.
Bob laughs and nods to Audric.
Bob switches to his Hardline and Viper. 'Once more for Blood and Glory! Or something like that!'
"Ready when you guys are!"
"Damn! I actually hit it!"
"I hate to say it but it would probably be faster and safer for you Loki to run and jump from building to building than to take to the streets with the few of us left."
Bob sighs heavily. Puts his swords away and picks up the shotgun and any ammo for it he finds.
"Damn it!" Bob gets ready to continue.
Bob moves up near Lemon.
"Thanks Lemon! Damn, I should probably leave entry to you specialists. Ha!"
"Ready when you guys are."
Bob watches as Lemon takes point. Smirking as he blasts two dogs and moves for the lead Loki to finish them off. Bob gives a nod to Lemon as he passes by entering the building. Bob knowing he isn't great close quarters with a gun switches his Lotus for two Vipers. Walks over to the stairwell and listens for a couple of seconds. Looks around to make sure everyone is ready. Then kicks the door open and prepared to fight anything as he steps through.
Seeing a monstrosity burst from a building terrifies Bob. "F%!$ing Cancer!"
Bob starts mentally analyzing the situation: mission failed basically before we started, lost most of our people, location of minor enemies unknown, location of evac zone is unknown assumed nearby, given false Intel or Rattlejack behavior or abilities have changed, Rattlejack is behind us, Cancer is beside us, Longshanks location unknown, and condition of November unknown.
Bob shakes his head and runs after the Loki.
Bob grins when he hears his Lotus whir to life. Wincing slightly at the sound of the comms. Bob views the man with a viper standing among the carnage and signaling us to all stop.
Bob smiles when he hears the 'order' to test his gun. He quickly switches his sword for his Lotus. Every 10 yards he tests his comms and with his gun aimed at the buildings test fires his Lotus.
Bob looks up as he hears a window break. Three figures exit the window and run down the side of the building towards us. Good! At least some of them made it. Bob listens as one of them take command and starts giving orders. Bob hardly blinks as Anthony talks back, and then falls to the ground with his throat sliced open. Watches our new leader grab supplies and take off. Bob looks down at Anthony,"Fool, we do our job!" Bob knows he can't let any of them get too far away without backup. He takes off after the new leader as fast as he can. Bob barely hears someone behind him say "make sure we get back".
........"F%&~!"
Bob quickly takes in the situation. The Titus are under attack and a grenade is being tossed in the middle of the enemy. Bob can't get close until the grenade is gone. He takes aim and targets the grenade as it lands between the group.
