Blimp fires off some magic missiles at the statue, but he doesn't move and he didn't spend the move action acrobatics to hover, so he floats to the ground afterward, with this move speed of 0. dmg: 3d4 + 3 ⇒ (2, 3, 3) + 3 = 11

This is his first mission, but yes you can play 1-38 before this, you use a pregen then assign it to a level 1. You would only get level 1 credits though.

Blimp can land, but his land speed is zero, and he doesn't have enough acrobatics to hover, so I'd rather keep up momentum until it is time to rest.

Blimp enjoys the scenery. How high is the ceiling? Blimp would like to remain 20 feet up. Unless the ceiling ain't that high, he will be 1 foot from the ceiling if the height is less than 20 feet.

During the talk, Blimp moves around in circles staying 20 feet above ground. I have to keep up momentum to stay in flight, as I can't hover infinitely eventually I'll fail my acrobatics check.

I thought I had the math correct, but I just realized I created my character as if I had a 12 point buy instead of a 10 point buy, so I lowered my dex by 2 and adjusted ac and reflex saves accordingly.
