Hi, I was trying to purchase a pdf on this site (this one, specifically: http://paizo.com/products/btpy9b20?Animal-Races-Clan-of-the-Deer)
It said my card was declined, but when I checked my bank statement you guys had charged me twice? And I didn't even get the pdf. I would like the charges retracted, please.
