About Betheda
The Night-dark she-wolf you see before you has an uncanny gleam of intelligence in her eyes as she looks you over intently. Oddly enough, while there is no hint of excess oil to her coat, it has an unusual multi-color sheen to it.

Special Abilities:
Link (Ex): Ysmerelda can handle Betheda as a free action, or push her as a move action. Ysmerelda gains a +4 circumstance bonus on all Handle Animal checks made regarding Betheda.
Share Spells (Ex): Ysmerelda may cast a spell with a target of “You” on Betheda (as a spell with a range of touch) instead of on herself. Ysmerelda may cast spells on Betheda even if the spells normally do not affect creature type (animal). Spells cast in this way must come from a class that grants an animal companion. This ability does not allow Betheda to share abilities that are not spells, even if they function like spells.
Spiritual Guidance (Sp): Betheda can use Guidance as a spell-like ability at will as a full-round action, targeting herself or Ysmerelda. In addition, Ysmerelda can spontaneously cast the following spells while adjacent to Betheda by sacrificing a spell slot of equal or higher level: detect animals or plants (1st), augury (2nd), helping hand (3rd), divination (4th). Betheda serves as a divine focus for these spells, but costly material components must still be provided.
Beast Speech (Ex): Betheda can speak with Ysme as though the two share a common language, and she can speak with other wolves (or, at the GM’s discretion, other creatures with similar types).
