I understand for storm soul/storm warrior how ever i was more curious on the frost warrior as that fits the character

I'm working on a character Viking archetype and see storm warrior as a specific feat for storm giant how ever frost warrior doesn't and was wondering if I could take the feat using racial heritage for a frost giant?
