While the guards on the wall are focused on outside threats, Beldrek falls into step behind the guards who go to the tower. The others will need his help. He waits till fancy hat is not looking and then he moves to join the guards. "Let's see if their inexperienced minds notice this." he thinks as he readies his axe. To be clear, Beldrek is attempting to act like he belongs with the guards who are going in. As long as they don't look behind them he should be ok.
From where Beldrek is at, which of the guards can he see? And where are they at or moving to? My biggest beef with Oblivion is that when you attack a single guard with nobody else nearby, they would cry out for help and suddenly 6+ guards show up. Bethsesda got it right with Skyrim when they changed the system of how attacking local guards worked.

I see what you did there, you TES IV: Oblivion fan. :)
Beldrek walks up to where the equipment and stares down at it for a few seconds as he looks for his gear. "Equipment. Good." he intones in an inhumanly deep voice. Think this guy but deeper. He begins to stock his backpack with all his items and dons his armor. The last items he picks up is his weapons. He grabs a mighty great axe and hefts it. Satisfied, Or is it satisfried? he turns his gaze to Siri and watches her display to Marius. His expression blank, he continues to observe the group in silence. |
