Im our group, we have iPod touch, iPhones and iPads.
Not a single non iOS device...
Was is not in the 1st ed Unearthed Arcana?
I don't have this book anymore...
How can you attack with both your hands and feet?
For example, great cats can do it only when they rake, if I'm not mistaken...

21 also seems too low...10 incidental contacts in 1 minute (10 rounds) is 20d6 which averages 70. how can hitting it 10 times be ~ 3 times WORSE than continuous contact? The 21 damage are for 1 full round of exposure, not 10 rounds!
So it would be 210 damage in one minute.
Bonne année à toutes et tous !!
Hi Qinobi,
Where are you in Switzerland?
Just asking 'cause I'm in Lausanne. If not too far, let's see if my group and I could help you! ;-)
OMG. Let's do the time warp again!
I had almost forgotten this song and this movie.
Don't know if I should thank you or curse you...

Thank you, exactly what I was looking for as neither the DM nor myself could find it. So now that we have the official ruling. Thanks again
You know, for me, James Jacobs telling me how it works is as good as an official ruling! ;-)

Wicked K Games wrote: Here's a crazy question... is there anyone playing pathfinder in a non-english language? My friend plays D&D in german. Just curious... Yep! We're playing in French.
Used Greyhawk.
Switched to Golarion.
Yep, for the same price as the Windows version, I would be interested!
Bill Dunn wrote: Hmmm... work on the iPod Touch too? Much easier buy in than the iPhone. Between two of my players having iPhones and a third having an iPod Touch, this might convince me to get an iPod Touch too. If it works on an iPhone, it will work on an iPod Touch, it's the same base system, the only difference is the phone.
But I can't see any reason why this app would REQUIRE the phone...
So I say it will work!
But wait for Erik's answer... :-)
Erik Mona wrote: We will migrate the program to other mobile devices once the iPhone version is ready to go. I have NO earthly idea how long this will take, as we've only really just started.
Don't forget that the iPhone has a Developer kit that's more or less like a "real" computer DevKit. After all, the iPhone is running OSX...
Maybe devices based on Android would be easier, but it will be REALLY hard to convert to Symbian.
But then, that's just my two coppers...

Pathfinder RPG Character Sheet v.0.3
That's incredible work!
Would you mind if I translate it in French when the French book is released in Sept/Oct ?
My God this is a great idea!
Wonder why I never thought about that... Now I'm jealous!!
Congrats!!!
It's small things like these that make me love this game and the Paizo fans.

Wow, "sorry" is a pretty damn long word in French ! ;-)
Je suis infiniment confus et demande humblement à tous mes amis anglophones d'excuser cette digression dont ils n'ont pu saisir toutes les subtiles nuances.
Is that better?
BTW, "sorry" would translate to "désolé" ou "pardon" only, and does not give any link to any web site! And the longest French word is "anticonstitutionnellement".
;-)
Chewbacca wrote: "Bonjour" everyone !
Do you know when it's going to be translated to French by any chance ? If it ever will ... :D
Black Book Editions s'occupe de la traduction. Ils ont déjà sorti la première "route vers l'aventure" et sont en train de traduire la deuxième.
Jette un oeil sur leur site www.black-book-editions.fr.
For the non French-speakers: sorry! :-)
David Fryer wrote: I think I know the answer to this, but I want to double check. I'm running a cleric as a DMPC. Next level she is going to multiclass into rogue. She already has taken ranks in Stealth, and my question is does she automatically get the +3 bonus for Stealth being a class skill for rogues, or does she have to take ranks in it as a rogue to get the bonus? From what I've understood, she automatically gets the +3. You can rationalize that she trained in this skill when she took her first rogue level.

I'm from the French-speaking part of Switzerland... German is not my mother tongue.
But still, there's at least one Swiss guy on the boards!

A very simple (or stupid...) question about school powers :
Are the 1st level school powers usable at will, or just once per day?
If it's at will, it's a huge power boost to wizards: for example, Conjuration school, acid dart. For the 5-6 first levels of play, you have an attack that almost always hits (ranged touch attack) and does roughly the same damage as magic missile, and you can only use a few 1st level spells a day...
So, anyone to sort this out for me? ;-)
Kruelaid wrote: So Jason. How much longer we gotta wait. Erik said a draft was floating around a week ago.... What's up, brother?
Lives are at stake, hapless NPCs need saving, Fake Healer needs to make a PC for my pbp... GO, GO, GO!
You're not sleeping are you? (sees Jason posted 3 hours ago)
Checks out phonebook for J Bulmahns.
Crap.
I understand you. I understand so well...
But hey this is is something we're getting for free! So let the man do his job and do it well! :-)
Justin Fritts wrote: Can anyone who has read this confirm for me:
Is this a sequel to "Raiders Of The Black Ice"?
Yes it is.
But you could run it even you haven't run "Raiders of the Blakc Ice".
33, started playing with the red boxed set.
Greyhawk.
Amalica wrote: Well I tried SCAP in GH but my player just couldn't get into the setting at all. I started them out in the FR and they love the fact that if they want to know about it there will be some book that will give them some background for characters. I don't understand how you could have any trouble finding information / books / anything on Greyhawk.....

Thank you so much :)
Eberron? Blech!
Simple as that...
trapmaster wrote: My group of players' characters look like this: 12th level barbarian, 12th level fighter, 6th level fighter/ 6th level barbarian/1st level cleric, 11th level barbarian/ 1st level thief. They must all have pretty low will saves. Ever tried even a simple Charm person? Or go ahead and use Dominate monster and make the fighter attack the barbarian...
Funny to see that VECNA is asking for Eberron stuff...
Mordenkainen and Vecn must be two of the most widely known GREYHAWK characters! ;-)
