So I'm wanting to run a ruling by you guys, level 10 fighter with Two Weapon Fighting, Improved Shield Bash, Shield Slam, Improved & Greater Bull Rush, and Combat Reflexes. Mook provokes AoO from said fighter, can he Shield Slam said mook? He should be able to attack with his shield, which is a shield slam attack, get a free bull rush "substituting your attack roll for the combat maneuver check"
This seems better than Stand Still, more feats required, but those feats apply to more than just the actions that Stand Still does.
