Hi folks,

a question on the Domain Spell "Delay Consequence" if I may.

Quote:

Source Gods & Magic pg. 118 2.0

Domain time
Cast Reaction somatic; Trigger A creature or object within range is hit by an attack.
Range 30 feet; Targets the triggering creature
Duration 1 round
You transpose the moment that the target would be injured to later in its timestream. Roll damage normally, but do not reduce Hit Points or apply any other effects of the attack until the spell’s duration has elapsed. When the spell ends, the target is immediately affected by the attack, taking damage and being affected by any additional effects. You can Dismiss this spell.

On Duration

Quote:
[...] If a spell’s duration is given in rounds, the number of rounds remaining decreases by 1 at the start of each of the spellcaster’s turns, ending when the duration reaches 0.

So: Seeing how this Spell ends as soon as my turn starts, I do not understand how I am supposed to dismiss it, given that Dismiss has a cost of one Action. Can anyone elaborate?
