Basag opens his eyes. The last thing he remembers is his shield smashed to pieces, as well as him being bitten. That's just a few seconds ago. He finds himself next to the alchemist, who instructs him to get up. Looking at his shield, anger swells in him.

"Thanks!" He stands up and nods at Fjorn. He then draws his huge fork and a pan.

Basag stands and pumps his fist into his chest.

"As a fellow Song'o, I will not leave this mission with regret. I will help you with the best of my abilities. And I believe my fellow Pathfinders will help me save you from this... curse. Mr. Riverside, do not be cruel to yourself. You've made mistakes, yes, but remember, all things happen for a reason. The bell returning to you must mean something. It returned with us! We can fight in your stead!" he says, giving a heartfelt message to the leader before sitting back down.

He waits to his fellow Pathfinders if they agree to help the River Sentinels.

Basag continues his conversation with Irena. "We can help. Maybe I can convince my allies to help you out before we leave? We can use this place to our advantage, you know better your home than them." he continues to convince her.

"When I heard about this matter and the mention of our tribe, my curiosity was piqued, and I volunteered to join the mission. I hope you will allow us an audience in your humble abode."

Basag collects the gold from the treasure chest they found.

After attacking Red dragonfly, he quickly swaps the sling staff into his filcher's fork and frying pan.

"You're cooked now!" he exclaims malevolently.

"We are here to return the bell. We are not here to give trouble." he says. "This might be important to the Song'o people. I myself is a Song'o but the owner of this bell might be from another community. I want to learn the truth about the bell also. This might be a personal matter to me when I get to learn the truth." he adds.
