Ambush Training You gain a +1 trait bonus on initiative checks and a +1 trait bonus on weapon damage rolls during any surprise round in which you act.
Deadly Aim -2/+4 Trade a penalty to ranged attacks for a bonus to ranged damage.
Improved Precise Shot Your ranged attacks ignore the AC bonus granted to targets by anything less than total cover, and the miss chance granted to targets by anything less than total concealment. Total cover and total concealment provide their normal benefits against your ranged attacks.

Background:

Kid from the streets of Katapesh. Fell in with the Unseen Hand and then became disillusioned with it when they never seemed to affect any real change. Ducked out of Katapesh to avoid retribution and drifted west to Kelmarane.

Mechanics:

Mechanically, she can fill the rogue role and an archer role. She can handle mundane traps now and would plan to pick up trapfinding as a 6th level slayer talent. Good at the sneaky stuff for scouting purposes, including ability to use invisibility 1/day and more later. She'll be a bit better as a fighter than a usual rogue since slayers get full BAB.
