About Barekalus
Barekalus was raised on the wild plains of Numeria, and was originally given the name "Barek" by his tribe. Being rather short for a Kellid, he settled down in Starfall and began studying the mysteries of alchemy.
To mark the beginning of this new life, he changed his name to "Barekalus", hoping to make it sound more sophisticated. Later, he added the surname "Brockington", taken from a book he had read.
Barekalus wanted to put physical distance between himself and the savage people of his tribe, so he decided to travel to Absalom and join the Pathfinder Society.
