Background:
Bahman Taavetti is a local wise man of Wati. The Taavetti house is well respected and own an estate in the Morning Sun district. Bahman is somewhat an outcast in his family born to an Elven mother, but he was not neglected. Born with clouded vision, Bahman has always seen the world different than most. He has never been bitter by that fact, his blindness balanced by the fact that he can see inside the minds of others. Bahman keeps to himself unless someone seeks him out for his knowledge of the Arcane.
Recently Bahman was requested to use his Brain Drain on a tomb raider found outside the necropolis by the Wati authorizes. Bahman uncovered a plot by a necromantic cult residing in Wati that seeks to awaken the dark forces within. The matter was quickly handed over to the Pharasma clergy, but Bahman decided to conduct his own investigation...
