Background

Baerothad was born to a talented blacksmith named Kharlt and his wife Rhashia. The smith moved his wife and son to the environs near the Skyh City of Janderhoff in the Mindspin mountains, there to study and work with the dwarves at their forges.

Baerothad grew up with the smell of soot and flame in his blood, and under the tutaledge of his father and several dwarven smiths, grew to become quite a talented blacksmith in his own right.

Eventually he came to the attention of a group of priests of Torag, and they found him to be not only skilled, but surprisingly, among a small handful of humans that was worthy of becoming one of their order.

Baerodan cautiously joined the priests at the temple of Torag, and eventually became a trusted and honored member of their order.

Recently, when the troubles in Trunau became known, Baerothan was sent there to aid the locals and represent the temple in helping those being assigned to "handle" the situation with the Orcs.
