![]() I am running Menace under Otari virtually for some old friends with lots of roleplaying experience but new to Pathfinder. It has been great so far! They have reached room 14, the Elements of Chaos and defeated the cinder rat. Then looking at the map and seeing an obvious place to put the orbs, they took the orb of Air and put it in the central dais. There is no background about what this room was originally for. I loved their originality so ran with it. They found themselves consumed within a mystical whirlwind of energy that took them...and that is where I left it. I wanted to create a bit of a cliffhanger and I also need time to create an adventure for them. Did they go to the elemental plane of air? What would that be like? Where else could they have gone or what might have happened. I would love any ideas you all would be willing to share. ![]()
![]() I am a subscriber to Pathfinder Adventure Path. I have missed the last two books, #122 and #123 of Ruins of Azlant, because my payment method was declined. I have tried a couple of times to change the payment method and think I was successful today. Is there any way to verify the payment was accepted? Thanks ![]()
![]() I haven't received my order yet. It was shipped on July 29th, so it is only a couple days beyond the 4-8 day period. Don't know if I should worry yet (I had another shipment that was a day or two late). I will let you know if and when it shows up. If it does not show by a certain time period should I re-post? ![]()

I do know that I've purchased PDFs and used them directly using my iPad and Goodreader, beyond that you're on your own. Maybe stop by an Apple store and see if they can help you. Ogre, thanks for the advice on good reader. I was able to download my PDFs and as mentioned above, once it was downloaded, it asked if I wanted to download to Goodreader--worked great. ![]()
![]() I have downloaded PDFs without difficulty to my itouch but just recently bought an iPad 2 and am unable to download any of my PDFs. When I try it says Safari is unable to download this file. I see that several people are using their iPads for Pathfinder PDFs and am hoping someone might have some insight into what I am doing wrong. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks. ![]()
![]() It has always bothered me telling player's they find a +2 sword or +1 breastplate because I feel it takes me and the player's out of the game. You craft an encounter and describe the encounter to create a mood and then you tell them they discover a +3 battleaxe. As was suggested above I like to describe it as some unique item like the battle axe "Orc Cleaver" once wielded by the lost dwarven king Gregar Stonecutter or something along those lines. But if all the characters have to do is go to a big city and find a +3 battle axe at Seamus' Magic Emporium then it loses some of its mysticism. I try doing this in my games but then you end up with characters with all these magical items like Gregar Stonecutter's "Orc Cleaver" and the breastplate of High Lord Telmar, wearing a cloak made by the elves of the Mordant Spire and wearing the ring of the Fallen Mage. You get my meaning. I guess I would like to have a little less need for magic for the characters to still be able to survive. That is one thing I liked about Iron Heroes. I am considering adding Defense bonuses like Iron Heroes and seriously limiting magical armor and other changes that will help me limit magic so even higher level characters may have only 2 or 3 magical items total. Potions and scrolls I don't mind being available. One question, what are the "big 6"? ![]()
![]() It has been a week and as of today I still have not received the Pathfinder Adventure Path #39. I did download the pdf, thanks. Also, I placed an order today #1520191 for: 2 rolls of gaming paper, Sargava, the Lost Colony and the new Inner Sea Primer. I asked they be sent out with my next monthly order but if you could send today's order or at least part of it when you send me a replacement for Pathfinder #39 that would be great. If not, no problem. Thanks. |
