one of my players wants to use a spell slinger. his question is that the spell he sacrifices; does it have to be a spell out of his spellbook or can he sacrifice a spell from a scroll? its not specified in the rulebook.

i would like to know... if i fall 140 feet... and make a successfull dive check what does that do to the damage taken... granted... the water is well over 10 ft deep but im being told that a dive generates the same damage as "smacking" the water from this height. help!

Bump up to 2d6. That's a part of Powerful Build.

Can anyone tell me if that is the official ruling or a common sense ruling? If it is the official ruling where can I find it?

Ok. Here is my question. I'm using pathfinder psionics unleashed. Making a halfgiant monk. Will he be able to use 2d6 unarmed or have to stick with the d8 for medium creatures. He is a fourth level monk
