Looks like the latter.

Well, that means it's quite subpar then, since all it does is improve your saves and give you temporary HP at the penalty to a number of skills, some of which are quite useful!

Do you still get the mutagen's bonuses, or do you just get the bonus to saves and temporary HP?

Is a petrifern valid for a Nature-Bonded Magus though?

The only plant familiar I see in Archives of Nethys is the petrifern: http://archivesofnethys.com/WizardFamiliars.aspx

1 person marked this as a favorite.

It mentions that the Nature-Bonded Magus gets a plant familiar, but I don't see the rules for a plant familiar anywhere... I think.

Which means its cost is missing and all.

What do you mean?

Unholy water is still a thing.

I meant its effects and such aren't described, unlike holy water.

I don't see it in either Archives of Nethys nor d20pfsrd... what happened?

So I was correct all along?

According to this it's a straight-up dodge bonus.

I know that some magus archetypes use this class feature, not just duelists. Also, where does it say that dodge bonuses are affected by Maximum Dex Bonus?

I haven't used it before, but from what I can tell, it grants a dodge bonus equal to the lesser of your duelist level and your INT modifier. Is that correct?

Is it true that the Trickster spirit bonus applies to all skill checks and not just DEX-based skill checks?

I have a feeling it at least throws off the rather delicate game balance.

So, I'm in a group, and one of the houserules makes it so that instead of getting feats at odd levels, we only get feats at 1/5/10/15/20... I think that's a bit mean...

Mythic Divine Pursuit has an error. "You gain a bonus on Perception and Survival skill checks attempted against the selected creature. This is a sacred bonus if you're good or a profane bonus if you're evil; if you're neutral, choose either the sacred or profane bonus." Thing is, it doesn't say how much the bonus is!
