I was the urban druid in the same KestlerGunner was in.

I actually thought the difficulty level was spot on. I haven't really liked the overly challenging season 4 ones, and even though we had a level 7 with us, it felt a lot like our success was dependent on the party makeup, some clever/risky tactics and being in the right place at the right time. More scenarios should be like that.

Even a multiclass gunslinger/ninja (which doesn't sound like a good mix), should still have done more than 10-15 damage throughout a whole session unless the dice were miserably bad.

I don't know for sure what the RAW is (it could potentially go either way if you rule hard enough), but I'm pretty sure the intent of the critical confirmation is just to determine if it's a critical hit or not, and nothing else.

Stand Still stops them from moving out of their square, not getting up from prone.
