I have managed to borrow a copy of Complete Mage and the Fey Heritage feats look workable.

A player in my group wants to run a CG Varisian Warlock, in the flavor of a fey/nature power source. The setting bonus feats in the player's guide don't really do much for this PC.

The initial cut was:

1) Create a Warlock equivalent for Spell Focus to serve as a prerequisite (+1 to invocation DCs)
2) Varisian Tattoo (invocations): Eldritch Blast damage as a Warlock 1 level higher, some minor cantrip (in the same flavor of the existing feat)

Does offering a Warlock variation of the Varisian Tattoo feat seem reasonable? What would you envision as its benefit? What would you suggest as a prerequisite?
