Just wanted to say that I really appreicate you sharing all these excellent conversions. Was hoping to use 5th edition to run Iron Gods and while I might not use everything as is the fact its available makes the prospect seem much less daunting

Plus, you could have something really thematic, like replacing High Priestess Ceoptra with a mythic Medusa whose gaze turns people to gold... sort of "The ultimate creation of Karzoug".

For post-campaign stuff, I hear there's some kind of golden colossus in Lost Treasures...

Planning to run RotR and then hopefully transition into something to do with conquering Xin-Shalast and the Oliphaunt once the campaign is concluded. However I have an irrational dislike of Lamia and was thinking about replacing them both throughout the campaign and in Xin-Shalast in particular. At the moment I'm leaning towards replacing them by importing the Yuan-Ti from D&D, havent decided exactly how I'll integrate them with Golarion yet but I'm leaning towards them being an offshoot of serpentmen who were turned into a modified slave race by Thassilon / the runelords. Probably going to integrate medusae and lamia matriarchs into the yuan-ti hierarchy as well. As far as I can see it shouldnt change things too much, as it feels largely cosmetic, but I'm just wondering have I overlooked any particular thematic weight the lamyros bring to the campaign?
